I always get made to feel so welcome by all the staff members and nothing is any trouble.the treatment I had today was explained thoroughly and staff professional as always. Thanks Chanelle for my first prp treatment cant wait to come back . Highly recommend.

Came today last minute to be a model for chin filler, well tbh, I didn’t really know what I wanted. The lady assessed my face and advised what would be best. Had Botox, lip filler, facial and yesterday I had nose to mouth lines filled. Every treatment is amazing. The salon and girls are all lovely and welcoming.

The customer service is got from. Rosie up until my course date was phenomenal. She was super professional and still informative she helped me pick my courses as I was unsure and explained them all to me.

Today I came in to do my advanced dermal fillers, advanced tox and the Russian lip masterclass.
This has been my second time here!
I’ve learnt so much and come away feeling even more confident than before!
Emma was brilliant and explained everything properly to me. I had a few concerns when I came in and I really wasn’t confident in offering anti wrinkle treatment to the point I was actually putting off having clients in for it!!
Emma really helped with this today and I know I will be fine when my clients come for it!
The sets of lips I done today have been the best I’ve ever done! These were done by the tenting technique which I also learnt today!
I’m so happy I can now offer lots of new treatments to my clients! I can’t wait!

I recently completed my practical aesthetics practitioner course at Fab HQ, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. I had a great experience at FAB for my advanced practitioner Botox, filler & lemon bottle. I travelled from London to do this & stayed up there overnight. Could always ask questions as many as I wanted & the course gave me a great confidence boost as an already established practitioner. Thanks everyone at FAB! X

I did a 5 day course with Chanelle recently at FabHQ and had a really positive experience.

The training was well organised throughout the 5 days. The course material was sent prior to the week so I was able to study before and familiarise myself with the content.
Chanelle and Hayley were very knowledgeable in the material delivered. We were supported so well and received great feedback constantly which really made me feel at ease. The ladies were so up beat and friendly. Everyone in the salon was polite and chatty downstairs.
Rosie was great at communicating and promptly answered questions regarding the training material.
Not only was the course material delivered but chanelle shared tips and tricks she'd learnt over he journey, useful Information regarding things ikea social media, shopping lists of items we would need and where best to purchase. things. She promoted our pages through the fabhq social media which helped us gain followers too!
I will certainly be back for more training in the near future.
Overall I'd highly recommend FabHQ.

Having looked all over the country for a training centre, I watched many of Chanelle's videos and spoke to Rosie who explained everything to expect. So I drove the 4 hours to Manchester and spent the week in FAb Hq. The information received what amazing and the detail in the training was brilliant. I stayed on for an extra day and received 1 on 1 with Chanelle and day of models which was so helpful. I was very nervous to start with but the whole team put me at ease. It was even my birthday while I was there and they brought me flowers & chocolates which was another amazing thoughtful touch to the week. I now have loads of certificates hanging in my salon that im proud to have received. Oh and im loving the new branding.

I first used chanelle’s services for lashes over ten years ago. Since then I have watching the business grow and become FAB HQ.
After lots of treatments as a client over the years I eventually used the encouragement I got from FAB to do some training myself . Since then I have gone on to do Advanced training and very recently even more advanced treatment training. I cannot thank FAB enough for helping me achieve my goals. Amazingly on my first week alone of opening my own clinic I earned over £1000 !! . I truly believed I would not have achieved my personal goals anywhere else . Thank you xx
