The item I bought did not seem good. The leather was smashed in some parts. It was my wife X mad gift which I had to return at the last moment before Xmas.

When you pay almost 500$ for shoes, you expect certain quality of product and customer service. My right boot is obviously defective if it’s rubbing pretty bad. Your customer’s service solution was “not satisfied, return it”. They didn’t ask for pics, no return label offered, no exchange. That’s very poor customer care service. Won’t be coming back to purchase anything from you. P

I`m a fan of fabis products for years now. However, my last purchase was a huge disapointment. It is not normal the sole of both EUR 500+ shoes to come off just on the second day of use.

I dont like the high costs of delivering and also costs by the return has to been paid by the customer.

Personally I considered Fabi respectful company, based on the experiences from store shopping. Online shop is not on that level in terms of return policy, despite saying that number and even color can be exchanged, when I tried there was no option to select desired size (but it was available to purchase as new order) and other colors were not even shown as an option. Moreover, even if desired number available for exchange, this puts additional costs to the customer due to shipping costs. It was honestly written that return is on customer’s expense, but this is not aligned with other companies that I considered equally great as Fabi. I don’t think I will make online orders from Fabi in the future.
