I have been a VIP for 10 years and I…

I have been a VIP for 10 years and I love Fabletics quality and fit. I rarely have to return anything and when I do the phone customer service is always helpful. However, the $3.95 tariff on everything esp with the monthly increased amount, it’s getting to where it isn’t very cost effective anymore. I skip the month more than I don’t now.

Tarrifs should not be charged for an…

Tarrifs should not be charged for an item being delivered in the same state. I live in CA. Orders come from CA. That's absolute BS and dishonest. I've liked the products so far, but adding $4/item on each one at checkout feels extremely dishonest. If the good costs more to make, factor that in to your advertised price. I probably won't order again. Then I call customer service and the supposed supervisor has a rooster crowing every 10 seconds in the background. What a joke.

The website sucks so bad it took me 2…

The website sucks so bad it took me 2 weeks to final place my order because it is so slow it's get bored and have to go back to it. Also the membership terms are very confusing. Life when exactly will you be charging me the monthly fee after the order with the order the following month I still do not know. Ask I know from reading everything you provide and I mean everything is that I have to skip between 1st and 5th and will be charged the 6th but it's the the following month or the month I order? If I order between 1st and 5th can I skip that month still? I have many questions about that

Easy to manage website

Easy to manage website! The only issue was when shopping, the bundles were not able to see my selection on the menu. I would like to see a blowout of what I am picking instead of guessing.

Credits and total amt charged hard to understand

Disliked semi-deceptive practices. VIP credits, member credits hard to understand. Bottom-line total charged does not match total of line items. I did not like the checkout experience.

Jumpsuit - colors (only one color)

I dislike the reviews or pictures of models with different color items but when you actually click on the item there is only one color available.

I absolutely love Fabletics

I absolutely love Fabletics. All of their products are amazing to size great quality, comfortable, and very stylish. Customer service is so attentive to your needs to speak to you. Very kind. I am so glad I'm a part of the VIP club

The tariff charges are kinda crap on…

The tariff charges are kinda crap on the scrubs. They were sold for 18 dollars at one point and the member credit costs somewhere around $50. Just seems cheap to pass on an extra cost for something that is already paid for.

Not worth the membership…

The email I signed up with is personal email, and somehow you also got my secret email and have been charging me $69.95 every month on two separate emails. since October. I reached out to your customer service and one rep said you all were only billing acgunnoe@gmail. I called back the following month and your rep said "oh you also have another email account" she didnt offer to cancel or give me credit. I dont know how to cancel myself so I am filing a complaint with American Express, and labeling a scam website. After you charged me over $400 on each email address, I still had to pay $35 for my order. Your pants must be special because they average close to $90 a pair. SCAM!!
