My Luna bag has been amazing

My Luna bag has been amazing! I’ve had it for a couple of years now and couldn’t imagine life without it. It’s spacious, stylish and is a great everyday bag.

Gorgeous Luna bag. Love the colour and how much stuff I can fit in it. It’s really lightweight so great for travelling but also lovely for day to day. Using mine today!

Ok bag but prob not worth the price

Ordered the Luna bag a while ago. No issues with delivery and the product is pretty much as described in terms of what yon can fit in but for the price I expected a little more feature wise like an inside pocket or a key clip (eg as cost is 50% more than Uniqlo’s equivalent size bag). As a result I don’t tend to pick this bag to use too much as everything just ends up mixed up in a heap in it!

Shocking refund process - over 2 months and still nothing

I've been waiting to leave a review in the hope that Fablou would redeem themselves and refund my money...no such luck.

I purchased a black Luna bag and a sand Luna bag on 7th April and, at the checkout stage, was offered a deal on a Move bag which I accepted and purchased the Move bag in black.

When they arrived there was no Move bag and so I assumed it would be sent separately. This was not the case and I emailed on the 22nd April to say the Move bag had not turned up. Fablou said it was packaged correctly and asked me to send photos of what I did receive. I did so. They replied and said they'd replace it - not sure what they were replacing as it was never actually sent out!

Emailed them on receipt of the Move bag as they'd sent out a sand colour one instead of the black that I ordered. I also said I did not like the sand colour at all and wanted to return the incorrect colour Move bag and also the original sand Luna bag.

Fablou replied to say they'd send out returns labels. So, I was unhappy at that stage that they'd messed up the order but wasn't too unhappy as they were prepared to sort out the returns.

I then receive another email a couple of days later to ask if I would rather keep the Move bag free of charge and they'd refund me for that. I said no thanks as it would have been a waste - I still did not like the sand Move bag or the sand Luna bag. So on the 2nd May they agreed to arrange a return.

5 days later I received the return label, on the 7th May.

On the 10th June I had not received a refund or any explanation and so I emailed. I received a reply the next day apologising and saying the refund would be with me shortly.

The next day they emailed me to ask for a tracking number. I sent the tracking number and said I thought I'd been very patient and asked for the refund. On the 26th June I had still not received a refund and so I emailed again, this time sending a screenshot of the tracking and delivery confirmation.

I was told on the 26th June that they knew how frustrating this was and that they were checking it had actually been received. They also said that they had asked management to refund me.

It is now the 15th July and I still haven't had a refund, 3 months on from my original order.

It is the sheer time and effort in communicating with Fablou for a refund that has infuriated me.

Ordinarily I will not leave a negative review until I have exhausted every option available and will allow the company time to try to rectify matters. I have allowed over 2 months now though and am thoroughly fed up.

Great service

I have a couple of Fabulous bags. My Luna bag recently had broken and the zip came off. I emailed the team and provided the info I could. Mary from the team was wonderful and really helpful. A replacement bag has just arrived today! I'm so happy with the service received and I will definitely buy again.

The first bag came and I was delighted

The first bag came and I was delighted! Loved it was wipe clean and easy to wipe out. Zip broke, never mind put it down to personal use and ordered another. Recommended to a friend and bought one for their birthday. Also a different type! Still thinking it was use! 4 bags later I was frustrated at failure of all of them! I was offered a replacement on one which was still within a year warranty and again was delighted and renewed my love. This bag had worse faults that I put up with continually popping the handle off whilst wearing it. I emailed and got a rather crappy response and shut down. When I emailed again I got no reply. These bags are faulty and shoddy for the price. They’re no better than a high street cheap shop which we all accepts has a short life span. Hundreds of pounds down and the bags are all the bin. Lesson learnt not to buy from this company ever again.

I have been shocked at how difficult it…

I have been shocked at how difficult it has been to get a refund and I'm still waiting.

I had to send a photo of the bag I wanted to return which is a first. I've had to email repeatedly. I have proof of postage but they now want proof of delivery. Blocks at every turn - rogues.

Shocking customer service.

Shocking customer service.
Ordered a bag- wasn’t quite to my taste so I emailed a simple message asking how I return for a refund.
Fairly swift response with a returns label attached.
No information asked of me- order number, address, name ect.
I printed return form and returned item.
Weeks later I realised I hadnt received the refund so I chased it up.
It turns out that the returns label sent to me was for someone else…….i didn’t clearly check it…….i presume the company know what they’re doing.
Anyhow, their response is that my refund has in fact been provided but to someone else!
They will not acknowledge their error and will not refund.
Hugely disappointed with their response.
Their error but it seems they’re happy for me to suck it up! I’m out of pocket with no new bag and someone else is sitting pretty with a new bag which they’ve had for free.
DO NOT BOTHER USING THIS CONPANY.
THEY DO NOT CARE

Excellent customer service!

I received the cute silicone bag on time but there was a tiny indent on the front. As I was moving between the UK and France, Anna from customer service arranged for a courier to bring a replacement body shell immediately so I received it before leaving. She really went out of her way to be helpful! It’s a great little bag and is delicious to touch!

Great service from Anna at Fablou

I have bought many bags from Fablou, I am a big fan. I recently bought one for a present and the wrong colour arrived. I contacted Fablou and Anna was amazing , she had a new one sent out to me the same day and it arrived within 48 hours

Customer Service good unless you have an issue

I ordered the Luna bag in sand, the size of the bag is great but the the strap of the bag is a different colour to the bag itself which I’m not happy with. I’ve emailed them 3 times to request a return or exchange but I have received no reply. If you have no issues then the service is good but it’s seems they are not so good if you have a problem or want to return an item. I will not be buying from them again.

Their bags are beautiful and I have had 2 so dar, both with the zipper breaking after 1 year.
I placed another order recently to replace my broken zipper bag and I did not receive a single item of my orderr, but instead two bags which I don’t want.
I contacted them twice with no reply.

Excellent product and fantastic customer service

I have three different style bags from here and all have been amazing. After a year my zip broke on my smaller bag (daily use), I contacted FABLOU via email and within 2 hrs had a reply and an offer of a new bag or gift card. Couldn’t rate their products or customer service highly enough. 5stars

Excellent Customer service and products.

Have only received a good service from this company over the last year and a half. Have ordered 6 bags in total. My first one had a problem with the handle recently and Fablou replaced it within the week as it was guaranteed for 2 years. Excellent! My orders have always arrived promptly and I will definitely be ordering more products
