Had a small issue with my bag which was resolved quickly and professionally by Sophia. Their customer service is amazing and I totally recommend Fablou. I love my Fablou bags; durable, spacious and lasting colour. Will add another to my collection soon I’m sure!

I wanted to order a tote bag but my country wasn’t in the shipping list. So, I emailed them and a very kind staff contacted me and was very easy for me understand her. She helped me in the shipping and now the tote bag is with me after short time of emailing Fablou.
The bag is very nice and easy to carry. They are very useful for every activity specially for university.

I bought my bag 9 months ago and it still looked as good as the day I received it. But, unfortunately the zip split, which I reported to Fablou. They promptly responded saying that as the bag was still within their 2-warranty it would be replaced. I received my new bag very quickly, and was impressed by the whole process. Well done and thank you.

Very poor customer service. If you don’t include every single bit of packaging when you return a product you will receive no refund and just a cold email from Tom or Sophia telling you they are within their rights to withhold. They are but why you would do this if you are attempting to trade as a respectable business is beyond me. Refunds and exchanges are an inevitable part of business. Poor. Would not recommend

Loving the silicone bag range now own 2 . Quality is excellent and they are very sturdy and tactile. Surprisingly hold more than you think. Delivery service was very quick. Would highly recommend this company and products

Love the bags! I now have purchased 3 times, all of them have arrived really promptly in great packaging. One of my bags did have a fault and I was really worried seeing people's reviews about bad customer service. I did not have an issue, I heard back from them on the same day, and had a delivery of a replacement within few days, so I could not fault them whatsoever.
Bags are beautiful. I have both the faux leather collection and the silicone, and only now use my fablou bags. Highly recommended

Never a problem ordering fast shipment. Love my bags and my purse love that you can wash them and marks all come off fantastic value for money. A bag for every occasion and fits in everything you need and more. Will be adding to my growing collection very soon

Had purchased a bag as a Xmas gift in November and had spoken to Sophia via e mail ( no other contact options ) about it before purchasing due to difficulty in accessing Fablou discount code. I eventually got sorted and was able to purchase the bag but unfortunately it wasn’t suitable . I had contacted Sophia via e mail regarding how best to return it and a time limit for the refund of a Xmas gift was never mentioned! On its return I was suddenly informed that i was out of time for a refund - no extension or exceptions made for Xmas gifts so I had no alternative but to accept a voucher which only arrived after I sent 3 further e mails asking for it .
Your customer service Sophia is shoody to say the least not to mention the poor grammar and spelling in your e mails . Example enclosed below of one of your responses 🙈

Not what I would expect given the price of your bags !! This leaves it much harder to trust the quality of the bag so I am now the very reluctant owner of a fablou bag that I never needed . Avoid purchasing unless absolutely sure you want the bag 🙈

Fablou bags are the best! Such beautiful colours, so many different useful styles, so strong and sturdy, and so easily cleaned. I love them, and daren’t admit how many I’ve indulged in.

Love the produkt, the details is beautyfully made.

Don't normally post but want to warn!!! After using a bag for 2 years it has ripped. I picked it up and just split at the back for no reason. They advertise their bags as "for life". After contacting customer service have been told silicone can't be repaired and I can get £10. Very dissapointed as really like design. Perhaps silicone isn't a durable material as company claims

Honestly I love Fablou bags, the window to come up with something completely different these days is very narrow. I am a proud owner of 4 different Fablou bags, two are silicone and the other two from vegan leather. I am someone who has appreciation for quality and Fablou for me ticks all the boxes.
I love the feel of the silicone and the colours of both types are just beautiful. I have also ordered few additional straps for my silicone and vegan leather Chelsea, they are gorge but I had to have one of them exchanged as it was faulty - customer services were supper helpful and super quick!
I love wearing these colourful beauties and always get compliments from people.
Seriously keep up the great work FABLOU !!!

I never choose to leave reviews, but on this occasion, others must be warned. It doesn't matter how good a product is, by having poor customer service, an online business is pretty much worthless, and will find it very difficult to grow.

Fablou is a company that takes customers for granted. You just need to check out the 1-star reviews here all saying identical things. Their return/refund policy is definitely not friendly. They ignore your statutory rights. And make returning an item as difficult as possible and drag their heels for as long as possible before eventually processing refunds - if you are indeed fortunate enough to get one.

You must ask yourself why there is a lengthy list of conditions they impose in their return policies which are continually prominent/bolded/capitalised red font around the site, which would be fair if it was being helpful, but the reality is it is merely passing all responsibilities onto customers and only there to find ways not to accept returns and refunds.

If you must purchase from Fablou, please bear in mind the utter nightmare it is if you need to return your item for any reason. Try to pay by methods with extra protection such as Paypal's buyer protection, credit cards' section 75s or [debit cards'] chargeback, because you will certainly need that extra protection when it comes to dealing with these cowboys. Any reputable business would place their business details (address, phone number etc) in an easy to access section of their site.

Excellent product as well as excellent service. Would definitely recommend.
