I am glad this item never arrived unfortunately I ordered this thinking it was from the USA after seeing there ad on Facebook and there was a lot of good reviews and comments which after looking here I suspect they must be fake

I ordered and paid via PayPal to give myself a bit of protection for the unbreakable dog toy which after reading these reviews on here I can see it probably not the case

I got the email with tracking at least once a week after a month I thought this is taking a while from USA I order a few things and never been this long
Clicking the tracking info on the 15 th it showed all the tracking from the USA moving through reaching the uk customs then showing leaving the uk to go to Belfast

I though why would it leave the uk to go all the way to Belfast anyway I waited another week and still said the same it was at Belfast and not moved normally once a item gets to the uk I always been supplied with who would take it over and a local tracking info but not in this case

So I emailed the support at 10am uk time asking about my parcel and request a refund as it’s now 5 weeks and parcels not moved

Imagine my shock at getting a reply email within 2 mins of sending my email straight away thinking ok so your a company in USA it would be like 11pm for them

Anyway I opened my email and in that 2 mins they had read my email and said they had contacted the shipping company and my parcel would be with me soon

Ok lie number 1 I don’t think you managed to call a shipping company across the world and managed to speak to them with no waiting times and give tracking for them to track it and tell them fir you to email me all in 2 mins

I though had enough waiting and contacted PayPal who refunded me instantly after seeing how long I waited and the tracking info

Next day I get another email from them here’s your tracking and it was a different tracking number and a different website to track

This showed where I expect it was really sent from china it showed it going around china then shipped to uk and yodel and entered London airport on 3rd march yep some 3 weeks earlier and not moved since so that’s lie number 2

Quality is seriously subpar. Doesn’t last more than a week

Indestructible dog toy destroyed in five minutes. In fact it lasted less time than any other toy they have had.

If I could give it a zero I would. Same issues as others. Product destroyed by dog within 15 mins. Sent photos, offered £2 then £4. Site clearly states replacement if destroyed. Awful customer services. Still emailing as matter of principle

Absolutely appalling company!! The bear broke in less than two minutes. They advertise that they will replace it! I paid around £23 for this. Customer service said all they will do is give me £4 compensation. They have also removed my review from their website.

The dog toy, described as indestructible lasted about 2 hours before being pulled apart.
Complete waste of money do not buy.

Dog ball ordered beginning of December, still not arrived, on asking I wasd told they dont know what has happened and I need to pay more as they would be out of pocket!!!!!

£20 for a doy toy which was "indestructible ' or would be replaced. Lasted 5 minutes, I asked for replacment or refund, was offered £2, I said no and was then told shiping was too expenisve so they will not send another, would I accept £4, errr No again. Waiting . Avoid this company. Shockingly bad customer relations.

Advertised as indestruct a bear. If your dog destroys it we will replace it. Lasted less that 15 minutes before my 8 month old puppy had torn it. Emailed them, no offer of replacement but I could keep it and they would give me £3 compensation. Or I could return it at my expense, overseas, they would then decide if they would refund. Total rip off merchants. Avoid this company

If i could give them minus stars i would, what a scam of a company, i brought two unbreaka-bears for my dog he destroyed both within minutes, contacted them to get the toys replaced like the advert says they come back with we can give you £2 after several more emails i am up to £6 and still no replacement. Please save yourself the hassle and dont shop with this god aweful scum

PayPal's policy id to refer the matter to the supplier who now want the original item returned in the original packaging, to China at my expense. They are absolute charlatans!

As with many other reviews - 1 star is too much. Their "indestructible" dog toy took forever to arrive and lasted less than half an hour with our staffie and dealing with their customer services is like dealing with a clown! Thankfully I purchased via PayPal so will be speaking with them to get a refund.

1 star is generous. So much for the indestructible dog toy. Finally arrived after several weeks, lasted max of 15 minutes and had to be thrown in the bin as stuffing dangerous. Correspondence succeeded in a £4 refund when paid £18. Do not deal with these people.

Indestructible teddy bear that took ages to arrive is now quickly destroyed, I was offered £2 GBP after complaining!

Please do not buy anything from this company. You do not receive the item that you've paid for. I bought across pendon and did not receive it. They would not give me a refund at all. Please don't wash your money. They are a disgrace.

total scam my order for 2 durable bears not delivered although the tracking they use said it had been.Fed up with emailing them going with PayPal now to dispute this

Ordered a durable bear for chewers .. arrived after some time ..( ordered in November) came on Saturday .. destroyed in less than 2 minutes
Emailed requesting a replacement or refund and offered £1 .. emails with photos attached back and forth declining this and they’ve come back and offered £3 refund declined this and told them I’m going to PayPal
Opened a case with them now

Total scam, ordered 2 indestructible bears, paid once, they then texted to say they were still in my basket, thought maybe I had t paid so paid again. No bears, no co formation, no tracking, can’t contact them, texts don’t go through, website is non existent- absolutely shocking

total scammers! ordered 3 pop up Xmas cards weeks ago and still no sign of them! when I threatened to report them all I got was so called tracking updates.....🤔....even that is false!! avoid like the plague....a lesson learned!!

I ordered 2 Highland cows that was supposedly heated, weighted etc. The shipping company was fake then after a couple of months with dodgy updates nothing arrived. I contacted the company who said they would resend 2 more. I was excited when I bought 2 Highland cows the shipping was fake and after several months of it supposedly being in the UK with their own updates. The package did arrive after me contacting the company again. I was super excited until I opened it. The fur was coming out in the bag. That's before I took it out of the bag. It looked nothing like the photos. It was not weighted or able to heat up. The CE label was fake and fell off when I took the cow out the bag. No eyes and the ears sewn back. It looked awful, I have asked the company for return label no reply, so I have asked several times for a refund.. no surprise no reply. I contacted Shopify and the transaction code does not exist even though I have Shopify code there is nothing they can do. I ordered 9th June and the company even accepted the order number had no proper updates this was eventually 18th October. The cows did not take long to arrive after they agreed to send 2 more. I would not trust this company and if I could give zero stars I would. I want a refund and after this sham of a company I don't think I will see my money

Totally scammed as I ordered a weighted highland cow which was also meant to have a microwavable heat pad but it is totaly shoddy and cheap and is nothing as advertused . I bought it for my disabled daughterto help with her Autisum.It was ordered on the 6th September2025 but I didnt received it until the end of October. Stay away from this company.
