It's a bad joke this clothing shop. The Clothes are awful, the material, the shape of everything and the RETURN IS A NIGHTMARE. I had 5 emails exchanged until they gave me the correct address and phone for the courier - they simply are making everything give up on return. I lost 12 euros for the transport - in the end, I managed to get my money back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP. THEY CLOTHS ARE LOW QUALITY AND IF YOU WANT YOUR MONEY BACK IS A VERY HARD PROCESS,.

I ordered woman's suit in black Rome and what I got is completely different from what's in the picture. In the picture trouser legs are narrow and follow the body line. What I got is wide trousers with so much space around the ankles. Very unhappy, should not have picked up the order. And most definitely won't order anything from you ever again!

Ordered twice from Fabnet studio. Absolutely love the items and I wear them all the time. Never had to return anything, you have to be careful with the measurements.

Loyal customer love the clothes never an issue. Wanted to return for the first time so contacted Anna she emailed me saying no need to return item and she would also refund. Have it in emails. Unfortunately no refund. Tried few times no reply tried phone number doesn't ring. I put up on the Facebook site to see if I get reply she replied with a crying face. Discusted as I would have continued to purchase and for one refund lost customer. I'd love to know if others had same issue. Won't be buying again horrible treatment. Going through my credit card company now to file complaint.FOR THIS ORDER PLEASE

Those went on and on until she stopped replying altogether

Absolute joke. Website advertising cheap returns postage, but when actually got to returning clothes was hit with £50+ bill. When questioned them about got told that I need to find myself cheap shipping. No help what's o ever. Under declared parcel weight was the cause of high return cost as company stated that they parcel was 1700g instead it was 2310g. When I finally managed to sort return out they promised to cover up to £15, never happened. To finish it all off the parcel was lost in a country of return, and these ladies could not care less about it. At the end all messages being ignored. Got all conversation screens saved. In total I have lost £150, and these lot made it clear that I would not see my money again.
