Xmas ruined by weak / non existent customer care
I ordered my sons Xmas present from this company ten days ago on the 10th of December. In the ten days that have passed I had heard nothing in regards to shipping / tracking and was obviously growing concerned with just a few days of delivery left. Only now I have received my first communication ten days later, the communication being notification of a refund. This refund notification came with zero explanation as to why the order was not honoured, or why it’s taken them ten days to decide they could no longer fulfil the order. I am beyond disappointed by the appalling levels of customer care shown in this situation, and even more saddened by the fact I will now have no way to reorder and have delivered, the one item my son desperately wanted for Xmas.
