On the 12/05/24 I placed on order for £16.21. It was never delivered. Sent two emails to the company and a message via their website. They never replied. I shall now contact my bank to see if they can intervene.
The communication and service from this company is terrible. I ordered a box of chocolate on the 7th December for my kids for Xmas.
It is now the 21st Dec and it hasn’t arrived.
After sending multiple emails which have all been ignored, I requested a refund through PayPal, following that I got confirmation that the order had been sent but with a Royal Mail tracking number that doesn’t work and the order still hasn’t arrived.
