Beware: Free trial charges
Beware that they will keep trying to charge for the full subscription even after you cancel your free trial and delete your account. I utilized their free trial feature and canceled the trial a day before it was supposed to end and closed my account. This company has repeatedly tried to charge my credit card $59 over and over again for the last couple weeks. I've frozen my card and alerted my credit company. My emails to support have bounced back as well.
Terrible
I signed up for Face26 expecting to receive AI-generated images, but after days of waiting, my model remained stuck in "training" with no results. I tried again, yet the same issue occurred. Their support responded once, asking for my email and promising to check, but after that—nothing. No updates, no replies to my follow-ups, and no service delivered.
If you're considering using this platform, be aware that you might pay for something and receive absolutely nothing in return. I had to request a refund due to their lack of service and communication.

In the colorization of photos with multiple people, some faces remain uncolored; there is also no way to determine how many credits remain on account.
Nothing
Took an old focus but faded pic. It did nothing except distort colors badly. Almost no difference between before and after depth etc
Reality did not meet expectations.
The enhancement of the image I uploaded as a trial was not enhanced in a way that made the photo realistic. It fell short of the images shown in the advertisement. I was disappointed in how the app was shown to have worked, versus the actual result.

I can't login to my account and I have credits on the account. So when I try to use the application, it says you have 40 seconds to verify your email address. The problem is that I have spam filters on my email server so I never get emails in 40 seconds. It's more like 90 seconds so I can't use the program anymore and there is no way to talk to anyone or contact them.

A lady I know sent me a small photo of her mother but had some damage and unable to make out her face.
She said her mother passed away when she was 9 months old. For most of her seventy years, she always wanted to know what she looked like. It was amazing reproduction with what I call a 95% accuracy.
Photo Restoration is pretty good
Every photo I've sent through has seen major improvement.

None of the colorizing filters are working. It is too late for me to get a refund, however. If I could, I would. (Error message "Something went Wrong" comes up.) I have rebooted, used Chrome, Edge and Firefox. Same problem.

I decided to try another product because all of the final versions of photos looked like the people were related as though a template was used on each photo to fill in places not clear in the original.

Was able to restore an old black & white boot camp photo but colorization was a little harsh. Other old photos from film in the 60's and 70's were easy to clear up.

The facial clean-up is superb...the colorizing is a bit tricker...but you can try it over & over until you get it right...
Color correction could be better.
Not Very Good
This just didn't do a very good job. The colorization function came out odd--it was a group shot of eight different people, mostly middle-aged women. Most came out dressed in blue. Not realistic. I tried the enhancement function and the effect was barely noticeable. I get much better results from other programs, some of which aren't even AI.

I paid to remove the watermarks and when I downloaded it it still had the watermarks.
The solution I have been looking for!
This worked great on the one photo I was able to try for free. The photo started out fuzzy and blurry and after Fac26 processing it looked like I had taken it with a modern mega-pixel camera.
The tool works well but has limitations
The tool works well generally, but has limitations depending on what images you throw at it... faces sometimes get altered in ways that change the persons looks [like why straighten someone's teeth or change the distance between their eyes?] and eyes generally seem to be an issue if not straight on [example, one eye looking in the wrong direction or pupils not being circular]... glasses are sometimes not formed correctly from one eye to the other... and if a face is behind glass or a screen, forget it... so useful in limited ways, but not fully for all imagery. Also would be nice if JPG was not the only export format... something with less compression so you can do further enhancement with other tools.... so can be used as part of a process of editing/restoring your images using what works well for select images... I have found it useful for working with old negatives from the film era, digitizing the negatives and working to restore or pull out more detail that is generally in a negative that normal print to paper lost.
I uploaded a photo to remove the watermark
I uploaded a photo to remove the watermark- The watermark was detected, and I ran the program. Unfortunately, there wasn't any difference between the photos- Possibly it was run wrong but I did get a message saying it was and it took a few mins- Dam sorry it didn't work the ads makes it look like it is a dream program
