Clare was amazing from the get go. She explained everything understood my reasoning for wanting the treatment and ensured I knew exactly what was going on. While showing her students what to do she ensured I was okay and reassured me what she had left to do etc. I didn't feel as if I was a doll and felt like an human. The environment was clean and felt sterile.
