I contacted support about an issue, and they were very quick and decisive in resolving my problem.

Faceit itself is not a virus and in all of the occasions i had they're staff has always been very understanding , surprisingly very quick to respond taking account how big of a platform it is and always fair for example i got banned for leaving a game over 5 mins bcs of internet problems and cs2 problems but after that i appealed and after a couple mins i got a email telling me everything and i got unbanned

people abusing ticked system to get you false banned
basically website is scam don't buy premium

Every friend of mine got -300 elo relegation for false smurf ban of our friend that we had played one match with. He is not even smurfong. Shit company and support.

a user tried to scam me by a link on his faceit profile. I reported this to faceit like three weeks ago and when I checked again, I can see that he can still freely play on faceit with that same account. Such a shame. I never trust these guys again.

can not join the server all the time! after i get bans for Days BECOUSE THEIR SERVERS ARE SH1T ! cant contact support if im not a team leader so everytime i get banned for several days ! becouse of their own fault their block ussers

I’m giving 3 stars because the overall experience has been really frustrating lately.

First, I provided my profile URL to support, but they keep saying it’s “not valid,” even though this is my real profile:

They repeat the same thing again and again without actually checking the link.

Second, there are big issues with the Europe (Moscow) servers. Some of them are literally impossible to connect to. Because of this, I received several bans, and today it happened again another 3-hour ban. It’s not my fault if the server rejects the connection.

Support doesn’t seem to understand the real problem or help in any meaningful way. They just copy-paste the same answer about the profile link instead of fixing the server issue.

I hope FACEIT finally pays attention, because regular players shouldn’t be punished for server errors.

If You are a woman on this platform, be prepared for a very unpleasant experience. Almost every match you will hear sexual comments, insults, and harassment simply for existing. Players will report you for no reason, and if they queue as a group of three or four, expect false mass reports that will eventually lead to your ban, even if you did nothing wrong.
What makes it worse is that the platform will not remove these bans, no matter how unjustified they are. Even when you provide evidence or ask for a manual review, they simply refuse. Meanwhile, the players who sexually harass you face no consequences at all.
As a female player, you are punished for defending yourself, punished for reacting, and punished even when you say nothing. The system protects the wrong people, and it’s incredibly discouraging for anyone who just wants to play fairly.

They are doing their best and when I had a problem about getting ban for 24 hrs cuz I have bad PC cuz I couldn't join the game they did remove the ban after 10 minutes from the support request thank you faceit please keep doing ur best so we can all enjoy the game we always loved

shit support, i get auto bans on faceit cus of a bug and when i send a ticket with an issue that i cant fix and is on their end i get "ur problem :D"

Web site lagged by Faceit side, write to support, but they just said "we cant do anything", so why i need to buy premium if there no service and 0 support? very sad

My experience on FACEIT has become extremely frustrating. Almost every match is filled with high-skill players using new accounts (smurfs), which makes the games completely unbalanced and not fun at all.
Matchmaking is terrible — I constantly get matched with low-skill teammates against players who are clearly much stronger and experienced.

I reported multiple cases, but the support never responds or takes real action.
Because of this, the platform feels unfair and poorly managed.

I ended up canceling my subscription and stopping using the platform.
At this point, I do not recommend FACEIT to anyone.
