Would highly recommend Faceland, On the day of the procedure, Dr Robyn and her assistant were professional, calm, and welcoming. I felt completely at ease in their care, which is so important when going through any surgical treatment. The surgery itself was carried out with precision and care, and I was impressed with how organised it was everything was explained step by step, the clinic was spotless receptionist was very friendly I stayed at the Radisson blue airport hotel as it was a very short walk from Faceland

I've been with Floor a few times and she is always friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly for these types of treatments, honest. Having experienced a few different clinics, I keep coming back to Faceland because I feel valued and understood. It's a place I can trust knowing they stay up to date with the latest information and tailor the treatments to each person, unlike many other clinics who will just do whatever is asked to gain money.

My friend and myself had upper eyelid surgery 14/10/25 and we are bprh happy with the whole experience. We flew from the UK to faceland Amsterdam after lots of research and deciding this was the place for our treatment.

We arrived half an hour early for our treatment, upon arrival the clinic was lovely and clean. Coffee and water available, magazines etc. It was a calming atmosphere.

The procedure was completed within 20 minutes if that. My nerves were put at ease through conversation and the fact each step was explained to me. The initial injections was not too painful. Just felt like my eye was abit big and that the aneasthetic was running down my eye lol.. but oviously it wasnt. Then the actual procedure felt like some pressure but no actual pain. Aftercare was given and explained well. All in all a very good experience and would recommend to all.

We are now back in the Uk and so far so good. Minimal bruising, eyes runny and abit blurry but getting better as each day passes and I cannot wait for the results. Stitchs comes out wednesday.

I started the process back in April as Faceland were getting really busy. All appointments went well & good communication. I wasn’t booked in until October (my choice) I had Dr Robin. I had a couple of questions which she was happy to answer. When she started the process on my eyes she talked through each step. Injections in the eyelids were slightly stingy but not bad at all. Since being home I also had to contact Faceland twice & both times they responded within a couple of hrs.
Highly recommend Faceland.

I had blepharoplasty In 2024 which went perfectly however my eyelids have started to droop again this year already. I contacted Faceland to ask what they can do for me- I wouldn’t even mind paying towards getting this done again but all they have done is fob me off for months now which is really frustrating and disappointing. They keep saying we will take your case to our review panel, this has been going on since July 😤

Everything was great the people at faceland couldn't have been nicer the whole experience was amazing an no pain dr Fekkes was excellent x

My experience at Faceland Amsterdam getting my upper bleph procedure was absolutely amazing and first class. Dr Mustafa Mahli and his assistant were both very welcoming and did an amazing job. After 7 days post upper bleph I have minimal bruising. Tomorrow I will remove my stitches. Great job and I would do it all again. I only wish the lower bleph could be done by Faceland. Thank you

I had eye lift last year but was not completely happy with the result of one eye. I contacted faceland and they reviewed my issue and offered to re do it free of charge. This is excellent customer service. I had had surgery and now just recovering and I believe I will have the result I am after. Thank you would and have recommended Faceland.

I’m super happy with this clinic! Everyone was really friendly and professional, they explained everything before my Botox treatment so I felt totally relaxed. The whole procedure went smoothly, I felt cared for the entire time – honestly, I can’t recommend them enough! 💖

I booked my appointment at Faceland Amsterdam with Dr Mustafa Mahli. I stayed at Raddison blue which is literally just around the corner, the clinic was easy to find just a short walk away. Dr Mustafa was absolutely lovely, he put me at ease before my procedure. I did research Dr Mustafa before booking & his vast experience of plastic surgery also put me at ease. The procedure was completely painless I honestly lay there like I was having a facial massage! The anaesthetic did sting a little though once that is done you don’t feel a thing. The clinic was spotlessly clean & the staff were professional. I can’t recommend Dr Mustafa enough he was wonderful.

Amzing experience I had dr Serge Steenen he was lovely and very gentle . Everything went really smoothly. Didn’t hurt one bit not even the injection. I’m so excited to see the end result would highly recommend

I went to Breda for my operation and I am so glad I did it very clean and professionally run made me feel welcome and relaxed .

I’m very disappointed with my experience. I waited nearly six months for surgery, had two appointments scheduled, and then was suddenly told I couldn’t have the surgery without any explanation. I emailed multiple times asking for clarification or advice but never received a response.

Because of this, my mother who planned to have surgery with me also had to cancel her appointment. On top of that, my video consultation was missed by the clinic and never rescheduled. Overall, communication has been poor, and the whole experience has been very frustrating and disappointing.

Faceland overall has been straight forward enough. I mean, it's around a 4 month process to actually get the surgery done, however that is noones fault apart from how busy they are. Girl at the office was sweet, friendly and gorgeous. My surgery was done by Jort. He is pleasant, calm, friendly & answered all my questions I had for him. I had a scar on my left eye and the surgeon removed this for me during surgery, which I didn't even expect. Buzzing to see the results of that also. So feel like that's another win for me. The actual process is intense. Felt a little shaken and dizzy afterwards but this is normal. Can't wait to recover fully and see my new eyes. I can see a massive difference on my left eye already from all the excess skin I had before. So happy. No doubt I'll come back for lower Blepharoplasty in a couple of years haha. My surgery with Dr Murielle was a joy. She is friendly, knowledgable and professional. All questions were answered and I wasn’t rushed. Surgery was pain free and I was made to feel totally relaxed with. I worry about ‘opening my eyes’ 20mins total procedure time Dr M & assistant worked in perfect sync effortlessly. Faceland communication needs improving but the wait was absolutely worth it. Highly recommended

Dr Murielle was so calming, friendly and professional at the same time.. The staff were very nice and the clinic was very clean also, the procedure was painless and over within 20 minutes... Would highly recommend Faceland... I stayed in Aalsmeer which was a 15 minute walk to the clinic 👌... I just taken my stiches out which were so easy to do and am over the moon with my results... Can't thank Dr Murielle enough xx
