Unfortunately, I did not receive my order of the Korean sheet masks set (Box Of The Month). I paid for it upon purchase but ended up receiving a refund weeks later. Despite contacting customer support multiple times, I didn’t get a response until my third email. When they finally replied, they were apologetic and issued a refund, but based on this experience, I cannot recommend them. The website states that orders are dispatched within three days, which was not my experience. Customer support was slow to respond, only doing so after multiple attempts, which is far from ideal.

Really terrible service. Face masks only come some of the time and then often underpaid postage. Would give these guys a miss.

Signed upto their monthly subscription on the 22nd September 2022 (Order #2105). Two weeks had passed and my order had still not been fulfilled despite my money being taken. I messaged customer service asking about my order to which no one had replied to me. They are never active on their social media so I couldn't message them about this either. Extremely disappointed with this company and their service. I will never use them again or recommend them!

I've been receiving products from the Facemaskclub for 4 months now and I really love the curated box that I receive each month. I realize that I can find masks cheaper in other stores but the personalized attention I receive from this company is well worth the couple of dollars more I spend. I also enjoy that I don't have to go running to a store or wait for an on-line order if I run out of product. Instead, I receive the right number of masks and less worry, less stress. I enjoy the quality of these masks and will continue my subscription. In addition, I believe in supporting small family owned businesses instead of giant conglomerates that can't take the time to get to know my needs.

Love this subscription! It's perfect the masks are Fabtastic quality and I have sensitive skin and they never irritate me. No clean up either as it's all sheet masks which is the beat part.

I totally love sheet masks and have tried many but the subscriptions is brilliant posted through your letter box every month I get 7 masks they are always good quality it would cost alot more to buy them please they come in lovely gift box . I have tried many subscription boxes but the is one of the best .I look forward to this every month ❣️💌

Lovely selection of face masks delivered on time every month. Well packaged and well priced. I’ve only been getting it for two or three months but I Couldn’t be happier with Facemasks Club :)

Really liked this months box, a great variation and some brands I haven’t seen before. The orange brightening mask was lovely.

I have the 5 masks a month subscription, and I love receiving it, it's a monthly treat. Each month they come wrapped beautifully with a hand written note which is a lovely touch. Occasionally you get extra treats too, at xmas I got a yankee candle wax melt and in the valentines box there was a pack of love hearts. Customer service are really helpful and get back to you quickly, would definitely recommend!
