the socks are bad quality, and shipping took long.. not worth it

The socks were amazing but the process was not smooth. There were some disceepancies between the website and the carrier. I got the email about the transport ( Made in china) but 5 days later I got the email from the website FaceSock EU that they were preparing the socks. It was a bit confusing.
However they arrived and they were great ☺️

Ordered from facesock.eu, but be aware that this is actually produced and shipped from China (giving long delivery times of 3-4 weeks as mentioned by others here).

Ordered my pair of socks in good time and received 3.5 weeks later, however, I received an incorrect order with someone elses face on it. Due to the long delivery time and not possible to get a replacement in time for Christmas, I requested a refund via email. This was sorted out and reimbursed quite quickly, so 2-stars from me for that. Otherwise the quality of socks felt very cheap for the price, so I would not reorder in future.

Have not gotten my package, ordered over a month ago. Not able to send them a mail

I ordered a pair on the 1st of December 2025 for my brother in law's secret Santa gift. I received them on the 24th of December 🥵 it was a stressful wait. Quality wise I do feel that it's a bit expensive for the quality of the socks, I'm not sure how the socks are gonna hold up after a couple of washes but I don't regret my purchase as everyone loved the socks !

cute socks, took 10 days to deliver, not so long but i needed them sooner cause it was a gift and they arrived last minute, so until the end i was unsure if they would have arrived on time or not. the graphic is not that great but still cute. slightly too expensive for me

No shipping infornations, even no mail in Spam.
Took them 18 days to deliver.
No mailcontact (mails where rejectwd), Whatsappnumber is weong and chat does not exist, despite what the website says.
The socks arrived finally and they look like shit.
We decided to throw them away.

It took almost a month to arrive even though it said 5-7 business days when ordering. It was a Christmas present so I ordered it on 5th December but it arrived at 30th. Very disappointing. If it says 5-7 days when ordering one should believe that! If it said that it may take longer during the holidays that would be okay but they didn’t so I ordered it and trusted that it would arrive in time .. which it didn’t. About the product itself; it’s low quality, definitely not worth the prize -do not recommend

I had already contacted you to ask for a refund, after the package you specifically said would arrive on the 19th of December actually arrived on the 29th, TEN days after the ultimate day of ETA. And I would like to point out that the purchase was done on the 4th of December, just for everyone to do their calculations on how much time had been spent on a pair of socks. Pair of socks which is quite pricey to begin with, plus the shipping costs, which made it circa 25 euros. Without talking about the delivery service, which was already given a scathing review because of their incompetence in finding my place and not contacting me in any shape or form, I had happened to already purchase another Christmas gift, given how on the 24th still nothing had arrived. I contacted asking for a refund, but the lady promptly insisted I would get the socks delivered. I replied, again, saying I didn't need them anymore, due to their incompetence, but still she went ahead and had them delivered, 4 days after I contacted them. I still expect the refund, I still deserve the refund. Terrible company, I will do my very best to make sure nobody buys from you, just hope the algorithm doesn't suggest any of your posts on my feed.

I never got my order

To start with the positive: The pictures on the socks and shorts turned out great. They look really nice.
However, it was not visible when ordering it, that this was a product from China. Hence, delivery time was 1 month (which was far too late around Christmas time) and the quality of the socks and shorts is not nice at all - no cotton, just super cheap polyester or something similar. So, cannot be worn.

I've got 3 pairs as Christmas presents. And they have turned out great. The photos of my Cats have been printed exactly how I wanted them.
The only reason why I'm gonna choose another website, is that I would rather want socks made out of cotton, not plastic. Which I forgot to think about while ordering.
But anyway, it's a great product.

Perfect gift and arrived on time even if the delay is relatively long. The quality is good. Original and funny gift.

Never recieved the socks. Delivery company said that i wasn't home, while i was, that they did not have my phone number while i gave it to them three times.

Shipping was fine, but I received two differently sized socks and the quality overall wasn’t great.

The delivery process was terrible and not professional, very difficult to get the socks 🥵

Delivery time is never seen before. Made my command on the 30th of november, got it on the 24 of december.
I needed to leave my house on the 22 to join my family, so I couldn't offer the socket on time.
The customer service is ran by a bot, as the answers.
I ordered them late november to ensure enough time is available for the delivery, but still, not enough. Will not recommand and will not order there anymore.

I have not received my order yet. It’s been over one and a half month now. And they keep sending me emails about placing a new order. Seriously
