FaceSoft Customer Service
I purchased four towels from FaceSoft. One was purple and the others were neon, yellow and red. Upon receiving them I immediately put them in the wash with 3 other bath towels.
When the wash cycle was completed, I placed all the towels in the dryer and set them to a normal cycle with low heat.
When the dryer cycle was complete, I unloaded all the towels and found a lot of purple towel pieces all over everything. It was so bad that I had to rewash all the towels, minus the purple one.
I contacted FaceSoft customer service via email and explained the above and received a reply within an hour from the Company Founder. He was appreciative of my feedback and offered to replace my defective towel, plus he threw in two more towels from their new product line; one was infused with charcoal and the second with seaweed. Pretty cool huh?
I highly recommend the FaceSoft towel company.
