they are just cheaters. paied skis on march 5 2025 and cancelled order on march 10 before the skis arrived to spain. they wrote me in email this order was 3 years old and do not want to return my money. they are cheaters
I bought the Skis in 2019 and only rode them 10days because of the covid pandemy. they broke ride behind the back binding. didn't crash or hit mega jumps with them. If u google it, it's a common problem with the faction C.T. skis. because of the warranty of 2 years faction refused to replace them. first and last time I ever bought something from faction... . that's one of their pro models btw...
CT 4.0 started delaminating, faction didn't offer to replace the ski.
I bought the ski in autumn 2019 and used it for the 2020 season (15days approx). Didn't ski in 2021 season due to covid.
Used the ski for 2 days in december 2022, it started delaminating and is good for the trash. As I had bought the ski 2 years and 2 months prior they didn't want want to warranty it altough it's obviously the manufacturers fault. They offered me a "generous" 40% discount on a new pair (equivalent to late season sales...).
Bad build quality, bad customer service. Stay away.
