frustrated with all the sauces & Broccolini
I get frustrated with all the sauces because it seems like the adhesive of the meal covers doesn’t want to release in order to peel up the plastic. I have to cut it off.
I am getting very tired of broccolini too. I don’t enjoy it. It is tough, stringy and fibrous.

The entrees are excellent. Can't beat them. However, the vegetable servings are very much NOT like your photos. In the meal we had yesterday there was a total of 5 green beans. The order that had zucchini had 3 slices, and the briccolini has basically been hard stems. You need better quality control on the veggies.
The "filet mignon" was dry and bland
The "filet mignon" was dry and bland. We throw away more than we eat. The green beans are the worst. We've tried but it's too much money for bad meals

The food is flavorful. Portions are plentiful and the delivery service works with me.
Horrible customer service
So I had been getting factor meals for almost 5 years now. I used to love them and would recommend them to all my family and friends. I even had gotten 3 of my family members to sign up! But recently they have gone down hill and there has been issues which ultimately lead me to cancel my subscription.
Firstly the price kept going up but the quality just wasn’t there anymore. Then they state their cut off for making adjustments or skipping meals is 11:59pm on the night before your order will be placed but if your in a different time zone it’s actually at 9pm which isn’t stated anywhere. So for awhile I kept making adjustments or trying to skip that week and it would say it went through yet I would be charged on my bank account! Finally one of the agents told me about the time difference! So then I would set my alarm to make sure to make changes before the cut off time. Now here comes the last straw! I just can’t afford the meals right now so I went to skip my order way before the cut off time and it went through then I check my bank account the next day and they charged me! So I went on the app and that week they charged me was no where to be found on the app so I thought that was odd. So I wrote the company and they said I didn’t do it before the cut off time which I specifically remember I did because I had set an alarm to do it and also I had skipped the next week which that was showing. So I asked if I could cancel the order since it was only the next day and they said they couldn’t. Even though i literally can’t afford the meals and they said it had showed that I had attempted to cancel the order well before 11:59. So I told them that I would be canceling my subscription and I would be calling my bank to reverse the charge because I did not authorize the transaction and they still wouldn’t budge! So they lost out on a loyal customer that would rave about them to everyone and helped sign up other customers! Horrible customer service!

Everything arrived on time and in place... All the meals were still extremely cold and ready for the freezer...
We are pleased with them, very tasty, flavorful and just delicious... Definitely the right portion control...

Rock found in food.
An entire rock was found in my meal. I’ve reached out to customer service several and they continue to tell me to wait and someone will reach out. No one has addressed my husband almost cracking his tooth in half yet. Just be aware.

I loved the service and convenience of the meals. All the meals I received were very good but, I canceled my subscription because some of the spices used irritated my stomach.
Good food but high cost.
The food is great. But it's a little too expensive for a retired person.
This company is committing fraud
I was browsing their website last weekend and I had to enter my PayPal information to peruse their menus. I reviewed the prices and decided it was not for me. Five days later, there is a 150.00 charge on my credit card for a subscription. I immediately call them and they tell me providing my PayPal information is consent for them to charge whatever amount the going rate is for a subscription. I never authorized a charge nor did I order order any meal items!!! Oh and they can’t cancel because supposedly the order went out yesterday. This is outright fraud and I am going to blast this company using all channels provided to me.

The box was supposed to deliver on 4/5. I received an email saying there was a delay and the box would be delivered 4/6, which was fine. However, the box didn't arrive 4/6. I reached out and was told the box was undeliverable or missing, something along those lines. I did receive a refund but communication should have been proactive and not me chasing the box.
