I really really like Factor. Home cooked, healthy meals to heat up is perfect for my family’s busy life. Most options are great. Slightly repetitive. A little expensive.

The food is so amazing and healthy. The portions are impressive. So convenient when busy and not having much time to cook. I can finally have time for me and eat healthy at same time. My son doesn't cook much and was eating restaurant much while working. Not anymore! Thanks to Factor. I really recommend to anyone.

My son uses Factor and told me about you, he let me try a couple of your meals and they were fantastic; just what I need. Now do not have to worry about what to make after a long day and I do not pick up take out food on the way home. I have already referred two friends to try.

Food is delicious, filling, large portions, the chicken is real white meat, not processed. Good selection , easy website to order from, website has options for changing delivery weeks, number of meals is flexible.

As a person who does not cook but appreciates good healthy meals that are fresh, has balanced macros (I need proteins & fibre with every meal), and variety, Factor was a game changer for me.

Prior to Factor, I would rotate between 3-4 take-out spots for dinner daily, but I'd eventually get sick of them too while spending about $20 per meal. Factor makes all my requirements super easy while saving me lots of money!

Every single day of the week I'm getting something different, picked based on my own tastes as well as calorie/macro requirements. I'm eating steak one day, shrimp/bacon mac & cheese the next, and then a pesto chicken pasta the next. There is NO way I'm making 6 different meals a day on my own, just the thought of purchasing all of those ingredients and prepping sounds like a nightmare. With Factor, I feel like I have a personal chef at home.

Additionally, the entire platform is super easy. I pick my meals on Weds, and get the delivery straight to my door every Saturday, and am informed about the delivery via email so there's no surprises. Packaging is great as well. The Ice-packs stay cold for >24hours, and is entirely sustainable and fully recyclable.

As if there weren't enough good things to say, there's more. Factor codes as a restaurant/food-establishment on Amex Cobalt, so my weekly credit card charges on Factor earns 5x the points, helping me reach my next free vacation even faster.

Speaking of vacation, when I need to go away for a week or two, Factor makes it super easy to skip those weeks. I also feel assured that once I'm back from vacation, I'm able to access my beautiful Factor meals again per usual.

I can't recommend Factor enough. If you're anything like me based on all the factors I've discussed (need fiber/protein, busy, don't like to cook, needs variety, has an Amex Cobalt, loves to travel) - what are you waiting for?

Meals taste great, are healthy, but for the price the portion sizes are too small. If they were bigger I would be ordering them every week.

The consistent quality, good portion size, and good variety and flexibility are among the top reasons I like factor. I order them for my parents who are seniors and the meals are a great way to help them get good quality food when they are busy between appointments.
I gave 4 out of 5 stars because we used to be able to get $80 for $100 gift cards from Costco which greatly help with bills, especially when they rely on pension. These gift cards have not been available for many months, are they coming back?

The food is absolutely delicious. We haven't had anything that we wouldn't order again. The portions are good. Sometimes we are unable finish a meal. I like that I can take time off if I want to cook for myself. I will definitely continue to order.

Their food quality has gone down hill and their portions have shrunk from what we were receiving at the beginning of the year. Constant issues with delivery, we are going to try something local

Meals are ok for something quick, nothing has really been WOW yet but I will try some again as they are easy to grab and go when you are in a pinch. Ordering and delivery service are great!

The meals are fantastic and flavourful. Live the variety. And easy to call and put on hold if going in holiday. Live the easy app to puck and chose next week's meals. Delivery is always excellent.

Very disappointed with how the meals are just thrown into the containers. Ie: cheese burger pot wedges and broccoli. Cheese was just tossed in. Potatoes were all over the place. Burger was way overcooked, broccoli was hard and I had to scrape all the cheese up to place on the burger. I had to cook them all separately which contradicts the promise of ease. Our 4th meal. First meal my green beans had a 3 inch stem in them. All over a disappointing experience with the meals.

Food taste good, only problem is it's really only worth it when it's on discount and the foods could use around 10g more protein on average

When I am able to order myself, the food is great. But sometimes I get orders I didn't want because the default is automatic orders. And unless you remember to go in and deselect (only able to pause 3 weeks), you will get orders you didn't want. If the default was 'no order', it would prevent orders being sent out that are not wanted nor needed. I do greatly appreciate the email reminder but it only allows for one day or so to update. when I was out of country, your app would not let me access it to stop the orders. The default should be NO ORDER. We will order as we want an order. Other than that, it's great. Best food service out there! Always a good portion of protein and tastes great!

Too expensive and not sustainable. 6 meals for $100?! Chicken is often dry. Meals are small. Not worth $16 each.

My experience with Factor Meals has been wonderful. The food is fresh, they have a good variety and a rotating menu with easy online ordering. I feel the ingredients are high quality with balanced macros. The delivery is reliable with tracking so I'm always aware when my order is coming.

Food is good. Unfortunately delivery is almost always late so I miss a day (2 meals),

I was ordering these meals for my mother. She enjoyed the meals but I'm giving one star for customer service. The meals were packed on Monday and it's Wednesday and they are not delivered yet. I reached out to customer service to find out how long there boxes are rated for and I was told they are good for 7 days in the shipping box.... I highly doubt that and questioned this more. I was told I can "touch" the meat to ensure a safe temperature.. I feel front line customer service should know exactly how long the boxes are rated for. They also told me I couldn't speak to anyone above them to get validation on the answers.
