I never received my order
Update 2: November 6th
Apparently the issue was with my phone number which it was not Swedish therefore the courier did not call me. I did leave delivery instructions including the front door code so the package can be delivered to my door but oh well. Spoke to Elias and he agreed to give me refund of what I paid so I am updating the rating to 3 stars. Thank you.
Update 1: November 5th
I never received my order. It was supposed to come on Monday, never did. I contacted live chat, they said it will come on Tuesday, it never did again.
I canceled my plan and still trying to get a refund for what I paid for since they never did good with their service. Very disappointed. I do not recommend them.

Their delivery is extremely poor
Their delivery is extremely poor. In my experience, 50% of the times I have a problem with delivery. The latest they forgot to load my box in the delivery truck due to a “technical issue “. Instead of delivering the day after, they took 2 days. When I reached out to them, they said is how their delivery partner works. Zero accountability.

None of the meals was tasty
Very bad food, not tasty at all. I don't think this is actually made by chefs cuz all the food was disgusting and tasteless... I was really excited to try this out but it was a mistake.. I don't recommend. HelloFresh is way better!

Shady practice, expensive, low quality
You start of ordering one package and before you realise the food taste of nothing its another package at your door for double the price. They give you 2 days to try the food out before you are locked to paying for the second order. DONT ORDER!
Food not worth its price flavour and texturewise. The only plus i can think of is for people on a strict diet who also wants good variety.

Great quality food and great delivery. It still doesnt deserve 5 stars just because it is pretty(very even) expensive for the size of the portions, basically restaurant prices although you would get more food at a restaurant.

Deliveries usually on time. Food is good quality. Slightly small portions with no option to size up.
For 5 out of my 13 weeks of subscription there has been an issue with delivery and I’ve had to get a refund. Some dishes use ingredients that have a lot of water and they get a bit soggy if you eat them later in the week. Side veggies ment to be cold when main dish is warm is inconvenient. Some dishes are great but overall needs more flavor.
