A few days back, I bought a log cabin with them. Their delivery was very smooth, I got the item earlier than I was expecting. Their customer service was amazing, so professional, so kind, and polite. Customer service should be like theirs. I am happy with the goods' quality, their service, and delivery.

The whole process was great - fast delivery and excellent quality. The windows and doors really stand out. Everyone that see the cabin are impressed.

Imagine, this a a reseller, who is broke and nothing to do, he is wearing stockings and a padded bra and thinks of getting a sex change, yes he's disgusting and I really do not care what he writes........please ,please, your so full of ----- and everyone who knows me knows that you are obviously a dealer who knows nothing the only scam here is you, and know doubt i sacked you from buying from me because one, you would not use credit cards for deposits, and two your prices were too high and your a thief. And secondly thief, we asked you for your details and you would not answer, check the blog and you can see email from trust pilot asking you, and no answer, so go back to your bedroom, and think of something else to do, maybe go to Ukraine and make yourself useful..

To the bad reviews I have read about a long lead times etc..., I'm not sure if their aware of a little virus that's been going around that has upset things all over the world!
Transport problems and the cost of timber have quadrupled and some! which isn't the fault of the manufacturer, and has led to fewer wagons traveling to the UK. please take note! Learn to be patient and it will come, mine have :)

Since the middle of 2020, I have purchased and installed a wide range of log cabins and timber framed buildings from Factory Cabins. Size-wise, these have varied from 12m2 to 100m2 so I have experience of working with the company at all levels. My clients and I have always been absolutely delighted with the quality of these buildings. Like my company, Factory Cabins has had to deal with many supply challenges thrown up by COVID-19. What I would say is that even at the height of the COVID disruptions, good communications were the norm and genuine efforts were always made to resolve issues. As we emerge from the Pandemic, it is my intention to build on the partnership I have with Factory Cabins. Highly recommended.

I have imported cabins from this company over a period of nearly 20 years. Its always difficult when you're dealing with a manufacturing process outside the country but I have always been super impressed with the quality and value for money. There are many poorly produced cabins around the World and its difficult working out who are really good. We lived in a beautiful twin skin, fully insulated cabin as a familly of 4 for over 18months, it was great. That was 15 years ago and the cabin still looks and feels wonderful. Our latest bespoke design has just been completed and is truly beautiful.

I have been dealing with this company for a long time, I’ve always found them to be reliable, trustworthy and honest in all my dealings. MACCABINS have and will continue to work closely with them. This is obviously an issue that has been brought to a head due to the misunderstanding over delivery. There has been a worldwide pandemic that has effected deliveries all over world. MACCABINS

Terrible, had to get my money back 6 months after ordering as the cabin never materialised. Poor customer service. Shame as the cabin looked like it could have been great.
Edit after company's reply; I would be more than happy for you to put up all the Whatsapp messages and emails, as this will display how many times you had to apologise to me for the poor performance of the company. As a brief synopsis, Feb 26th I finally got a quote that was correct and I was happy with, stating price of cabin £2,424 and delivery £400-500. I paid 50% of the cabin price that day and received a receipt and confirmation 2nd March. Lead time was 7-8 weeks I was told.
23rd March I received the drawings, which were supposed to be sent out at order, for me to confirm and sign the paperwork that everything was correct.
19th April I was emailed to say the lady I was delaing with had left the company and 3 days later I received an apology email that my order had not even been placed in your system. So 2 months had passed and the order hadn't even been placed. Yes I was offered a refund but I wanted the cabin and was 5-7 weeks and I would definitely have the cabin delivered.
27th April, I had to sign the same production drawings as I signed one month earlier. 2 months delay which had nothing to do with Covid, just your company ineptitude.
Many email and follow ups later, 5-7 weeks time had passed and my cabin had not even been sent to production. I was then told end of July it would be ready, due to Covid delays.
At the end of July, I was finally told the cabin was ready, I paid the remaining 50% of the cabin. Then a few days later I was called by a random mobile number requesting payment of £1,600 for delivery of the cabin. No company name was given, no address, no paperwork, just that I should pay £1,600 to this random person and my cabin would be delivered. Now, if anyone reading this would have paid £1,000 extra than originally stated, to a random person/company with no clear connections to the cabin company, you are a braver person than me! This is when I spoke to the credit card company to ask their opinion and they advised not to go ahead with the payment, as I would not be protected. Therefore, we agreed for me to get a refund, almost 6 months after contacting you regarding buying a cabin. Please, if you can, publish the history of the Whatsapp messages and emails, so that all the above can be verified. I will not be called a liar. And I am not surprised you are not sorry I didn't get my cabin, as you clearly told me the cabin was worth twice as much as when I ordered, therefore you could probably sell it on to someone else and make more money.

If you are looking for a log cabin, and you're looking for the best, Nick was, then please give us a call, we are now back to 8 weeks delivery, sorry about this negative review, some people this and last year still behave as if there was no virus, or is a virus, forgot that all borders were shut, that companies as ours had cases or the Covid and we many times had to shut window and door lines down due to covid, but people sadly like Nick, only thinks about himself, shame when i was talking to him he sounded like a great guy, until demands of £1000 compensation because transport in the UK went up .I hope when he is sitting in the queue waiting for petrol now he understands that this is his karma being returned.
Hi Nick...Your deposit was refunded instantly when you asked for a £1000 compensation on a cabin that was ex works £2424 which included the VAT.
Your claim for £1000 compensation because of lateness was refused because there is, was a problem in the UK with deliveries massive problems, and price rises everywhere, you ordered your cabin, and paid for it, deposit March 1 of £1.010, March 23 the UK went on lock down, so did our factories and many companies shut and some went sadly bust, timber stopped, many borders closed, and getting on a ferry for our trucks was very difficult, we were in a horrible predicament, but many of our customers said that they understood, some not so.
Then all companies selling Log cabins went on a 6 month some to a 9 month waiting time. and now some have a year! We are now back to 8 weeks. the quickest in the industry.
I am sorry you did not get your cabin, but at the time every cabin was costing us more and more and more, and you complained to me about the cost of deliveries in the UK, which sadly we have no control of. Your cabin was extremely cheap compared to what they cost now due to Russian Timber prices, and now as you see gas, also you have no petrol because you have no drivers and i told you this and you almost told me to @@@@@@@@, I said clearly Nick.
There is NO transport now that will ship cheaply in the UK, but you thought everyone was conning you, we are all liars and thieves. When in fact your behavior and demands were not warranted in a pandemic and some understanding and courteous nature might of been of a help, not ranting and raving that its late , you had no thought to how anyone else was dealing with this awful situation, it was all about you sadly. You can write whatever you want, but as you can clearly see we have been around longer than any company in the UK , and your disgusting review just shows us how you dealt with the pandemic. I warn companies now not to sell you anything, as your are always moaning about things being late. In your profile you did the same to another company. None of us are happy about this virus and none of could of seen the transport in the UK go to pot.......
