I purchased 6 pails of driveway sealer…
I purchased 6 pails of driveway sealer in the late summer of 2020. I followed the instructions on prep work and installation. In March of 2021 I noticed the product was pealing in various places. By May it was coming up with a leaf blower. I contacted the company and after a few “ we”ll get back to you” emails, they have refused to take any responsibility or return my emails or calls.
Based on this experience, I would never recommend doing business with this company.

We bought 2 of the 5 gallon buckets of dust down poly pro. I have never been so disappointed in a product or the customer service when we contacted them.
The product turned to hardened Elmer's glue and we tried everything to break it up. When we called they said " it must have expired" ...ya think??
Nobody said anything about the product expiring. No money back or replacement offered. Just a we got paid and you are out the money type attitude.
WARNING!!! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT OR USE THIS COMPANY.
In regards to your reply, this product was never allowed to freeze as we did read the packaging.
It was kept above 50 degrees at all times.

So sorry to hear you are unhappy with the product. The hardening of this product can happen when it is allowed to freeze. The label instructions states to not let it freeze. According to manufacturer the product is no longer suitable for use.

Very pleased with our 30% vinegar order. It was delivered in a very timely manner. My husband sprays weeds with it instead of harmful poisons. Very helpful.

Always a personal response for delivery issues
I recommed working with FactoryDirectChemicals over Amazon. I've had a couple of delivery issues when ordering five gallon pails, and I always get a direct and personal response when purchasing from them directly. Sometimes even the owner of the company will respond!

Factory Direct is awsome
Factory Direct is awsome! I was tracking the FedEx package and found out we had a product that was damaged in route. I called factory direct and it was replaced immediately. My disappointment was with FedEx as they left the package in the sun in the middle of the driveway. I understand that it was a 5 gal full bucket. nevertheless, the carriers are supposed to be able to lift.

I was looking for a natural way to kill the weeds in my backyard. I was made aware of 20% vinegar as a weed killer. That is what I ordered and received. I did add some dawn dish detergent to make it more effective. The vinegar worked very well. Now I am checking to see how long it lasts. The big test will be when we get rain. That might be a while here in Arizona.
