Complete scam lost £180
I don’t believe it’s a coincidence that you can’t leave reviews on this sellers website. Ordered an item worth over £100 four months ago from this seller. The item was returned to sender due to a courier fault. Attempted to get the seller to resend the item but went months of emails not being answered unless I commented on her public instagram to get her attention. Finally paid to have item resent totalling a whopping £60 of shipping fees. 2 weeks went by after paying and the item still hasn’t been sent. Commented again and was blocked. Have essentially had roughly £180 stolen clearly the seller never intended to send the item and instead charged extra. It was a birthday present for me and instead have gotten nothing but stress for the last 4 months and a major financial loss. Would think she’s legitimate due to having thousands of followers. I didn’t even have a trust pilot account prior to this incident I decided to get one purely to warn anyone who might have come across this.
