We bought an outdoor set from Factory to Home about 4 years ago. The setting is undercover and is generally in reasonable condition but the cushion covers are starting to perish and rip. When I enquired about replacement covers they said the setting is discontinued. However, they said it's discontinued despite being still advertised on their website.

This scamming my b don't want to improve in the sense of being fair traders. They scammed me near 30 months past and they are copy book scammers. First their product price point appears to be exceptional value for money. I paid thinking this is a great bargain. It didn't turn up and my checks early on was they scam and steal for a living. How they can retain a financial position in Australia frightens me. When I disputed this transaction they made claims id r curved the goods and the bank supports them but reserves the money be put aside. After 3 attempts they were out of scams to get my money. It was returned to me after almost a year.. the banks know only too well these people are thieves. If these acts were carried out in a bricks and mortar store the major fraud squad would have them imprisonment ned without bail years before now. Why are thieves on the net supported by the banks regulators and police in this nation and they continue to scam in plain sight. These frauds and grifters gives need to face prison and have their point piper homes and big Mercs seized and be booted out of Australia. They laugh at us as we face years of these thieves openly stealing. Most from overseas and in their home countries they'd be executed by their own law enforcement agencies. Strong words and strong views but why doesn't the police raid them seize assets and charge banks with being complicit in these openly arrogant thieves who laugh at us.
PS- I could not relate back to my first scam experience with these thieves. They been doing this for years.

Poor customer service
Absolute rubbish, paid $280 for a weed sprayer and it broke the first time I used it.

I ordered to sofa bed thinking I would receive proper furniture this is what I recieved

No contact with a human want too know where my order is & when will it be delivered as i need to be home..NO CONTACT WITH ANYONE IMPOSSIBLE TOO DEAL WITH.

Still haven't received my order 😕 order made 9th December 2024

I moved here from the UK and accidentally used my UK card and they preceded to bully me and had me take a photo of my transaction which is something no other company has done. I bought something for about 370 english pounds, and because their difficulty they refused to give me money back. I tried rejecting at the bank, useless barclays rejected it, but they fought back. This company is a fraud, DO NOT TRUST THEM.

I thought eventually when they combatted the refund order, I though I might get the goods, but alas no dice. They basically stole 370 pounds. Do not trust this company, by all means fraudulent.

Uncontactable apart from AI generated responses that do not address issues. Half of order arrived days overdue, still have not located other half. Courier company also uncontactable after dropping half my order in the carpark of the building.

The True Test of a company is when something goes wrong... Factory To Home failed on every conceivable level

Refuse to accept the return of faulty productI purchased a transfer pump to empty water from a small pool.
While the product arrived on time it didn't work.
Having installed over 30 similar pumps I know how these are supposed to work but despite 2 hours troubleshooting the pump would not work.
I have spent the past 2 weeks trying to send the product back for a refund but I am being stone walled with excuses.
I ended up purchasing a brand name pump that worked immediately which shows that it is the product at fault, not a user issue.
The product doesn't work. End of story.
I should be able to return it for a full refund.
But this company and its staff refuse to give me a return address and refuse to allow me to talk to more senior people.
I will never buy anything from them again and recommend others be very careful as you may not be able to return products either.

I bought a garden hose used a few times and holes in it. Sent message with photos. Reply was we will send you another. I have not received anything. They just ignore you. Not cool. I hate writing bad reviews. But I am so annoyed being ignored. Really bad customer service.I have gave this company many chances.

I bought some thing from factory to home I realised I got the wrong thing I then try to get intouch with someone and receive not back I have send messages to asking for someone to phone me and got not when I product arrived I then returned it in which I wanted a refund and they would not give me a refund only a store credit in which I have ask them for a credit into my bank but they would not do that it’s the first time I used this sight and I do not want to used it again so it would be nice if there was more communication I would not be in the situation I am in

I'll keep it brief.
These people have taken my money twice and delivered nothing.
I worked bloody hard to be refunded by my bank twice.
I've advised my bank that if they let this mob take my hard earned money a third time all hell is going to break loose and it will cost them my total investment in the bank (upwards 120000$ ) and my bank makes a nice profit from these funds.
I have prepared a complete and complex file on this mob and I will go to town on them with authorities and institutions.
They scammed me for only 368$ twice but it's the principal of these scammers that causes angst to me plus the fact many innocent trusting hard working people are going get ripped off by them
Time to get banks to shut their money processing ability down and remove them from the internet.
Great website and really dishonest nasty scammers.

Disgusting company stear clear
We bought an outdoor lounge $1700 to get it and find its just a joke .It is tiny and very low to the ground ,its more like a play set for a toddler let alone being an adult lounge setting.
They wont refund only credit so we have to buy more absolute crap from the company.
This company should be investigated and shut down .

What a nasty bunch of people, i really hope nobody else buys there products. I bought a five piece lounge set for outdoors, instructions were terrible and holes don't even line up. Totally useless and a waste of $700

What a waste of money… purchased a diesel transfer pump only for it to sit in a transport depot for 5 weeks In Melbourne. They refused a refund or to change transport companies to have the item sent to me.
Never received the item or have I been able to track it on their transport.
Absolutely stay away from this business.

Bought 5 piece white dining setting. Very poor quality and one of the chair braces broke off as it was being attached. I contacted FactorytoHome asking for a refund, but have not heard back. Do not buy from this company.

Just got an sofa bed for $600 +$100 shipping (apparently this was "saving" $437)

Once I bought it I wanted to show my parents the sofa so I googled and found the same product for $422.95 in Bunnings.

They won't refund the sofa, I just came out of a very difficult period in life, and very financially stressed due to multiple circumstances. They just said they that's their policy and that I can get store credit. No kindness or goodwill for the customer.

I'm pretty sure they are scamming a lot of people. Check their products elsewhere before purchasing.
