Had an issue, called up, they sorted it within 5 minutes. 10/10.

No delivery and no comms.
I placed my order, and got the delivery message all fine. Due to be delivered 28th January. Still haven't received it. Have sent 2 emails to ask as I hate complaining. No answer to emails other than the automated reply. Very poor service. Currently not resolved.

Update - Bar now received after another one was sent out. Delivery company seems to have lost the original. Comms have been much better after and the arrived on time and in good condition.

Purchased a weight bench but quality is not great, the bolt between the backrest and seat protrudes and is very uncomfortable.

I’m very pleased with the equipment. We’ve built a garage gym. Niall was super helpful and gave great advice. Thanks again 👍🏼

It’s been 5 months and 3 substantial orders since I first found Factory Weights so I feel well placed to review them from a position of some experience. I’ve been buying home gym equipment for 34 years now, if you count my first set of sand filled dumbbells from Argos, and had a proper home gym for 27 of those. In that time the Gym Equipment business has been totally transformed and while I’ve had a few dud experiences most of the companies I have bought from have been great. So it’s no small thing when I say that Factory Weights are hands down THE best gym equipment company I have had the pleasure of dealing with in all that time.

Factory Weights have completely transformed my already well equipped garage gym into the home gym of my dreams. Their industry standard 75mmx75mm rack components match any of the big names from the US for quality and tick all the boxes with multiple height options, 26mm offset holes all the way up the uprights and laser cut numbers. This, and their wide and expanding range of accessories, gives you the ultimate flexibility in building out your rack or rig. All this is delivered at a price unmatched by any other UK equipment company right now.

Of course none of that would mean much if the customer service didn’t deliver. Fortunately this is where Factory Weights come up trumps. From first contact to date Niall and Andrew in the sales team have been truly outstanding, treating me like a long valued customer before I purchased a thing. They have responded to every message and call, taking great care to make sure my layout would work in my space and that I was making the right purchases, including steering me towards more economical options where I was over-specifying. They put up with me and my questions for far too long at their excellent show room and nothing was too much trouble. The installation team for my rig were a delight and did a great job. Later, where small issues have cropped up they have been dealt with quickly, fairly and professionally.

In short I have been absolutely delighted with my experience with Factory Weights and can not recommend them enough.

I took a long time to research and finally make a decision to step up from a super cheap weights set from elsewhere that helped me start my journey, to a much more comprehensive set of plates, bar, and loadable dumbbells, and I am very happy with choosing Factory Weights for that next step.
I took advantage of a package including my choice of a few barbell options, which was key for me as I had to go 5ft due to space, and also ordered loadable dumbbells at the same time. I later realised I should have bought a package with the dumbbells as well for a few more smaller plates to save a little money, and they guys at Factory Weights were super quick to adjust my order after the event.
Great responsiveness, and a couple of months of use in I can confirm great equipment as well

I’d been looking for bumper plates, bars, and a few other bits for my home gym. After a Google search, FW came up as one of the cheapest options—only one other company was slightly cheaper, and we all know who they are… their terrible reviews are everywhere online! So I decided to spend the small extra with FW, hoping for better customer service, and I was not disappointed.

FW genuinely impressed me with the quality of the bumper plates and bars I ordered. They look and feel great. I did receive a slightly different bar than the one I ordered (these things happen), but this is exactly where FW shined. I raised the issue and within two days the correct bar arrived. I had multiple emails from an actual person who apologised and responded quickly, and they sent a free returns label so the mix-up didn’t cause me any hassle at all.

Their social media team was also brilliant. I replied to one of their Instagram stories over Christmas and they told me to keep an eye on their Boxing Day posts—glad I did, because I saved 15%!

I never write reviews, but FW genuinely deserved my time on this one. They went above and beyond for me, and I’ll 100% be ordering again.

All you can ask for from a fitness equipment company.

Excellent responsiveness customer service via email and can normally get through to someone instantly via a phone call.

The equipment itself is as heavy duty and solid as it gets. Very well made and packaged.

Shipping took a bit longer than expected but forgive n as it was the Christmas Period.

Highly factory weights.

Ordered online. Weights arrived a few days later. No fuss or hassel. I got what I ordered, so very happy. I will be purchasing from Factory Weights again.

The kit is absolutely top quality finished to a very high standard the only thing I would say im feeling let down by is i had a 6ft bar with my rack but it doesn't fit. I would have needed a 7 ft but unaware of this when I ordered the bundle. A bit of guidance with customers would be a great help going forwards. Also delivery was a of a mission
