I can't really speak for the quality of the product yet as I've not received it but I'm just writing a review to talk about their delivery scheduling.
I am currently sat on 5 days waiting for the order to dispatch which for "express" delivery is not good enough. I appreciate it's been black Friday, which is the excuse customer services have used, however, black Friday occurs at the same time every year. If it were a surprise mass order event id be more empathetic, but the fact is their logistics just aren't up to standard to be advertising "express delivery".
I'm happy to change the review if anything changes but given nothing has so far, I wouldn't hold my breath.

Update:
I've changed my review as I spoke to one of the customer service guys and they explained the issue. They put the order on fast track and had it shipped for a few days later. They have been very communicative since the issue was raised and I can't fault them for that. Order arrived today (08-12-25) and it's good quality gear.

Had a issue with delivery due to my own fault emailed factory weight and rang the day after very helpful bloke said send a email explained i already had he said his colleage was currently going throught the emails so expect a response later that day.
Recieved reponse and factory weights had rearranged delivery for me with no hassle.
Part arrived and was bang on will use again without a doubt great service.

Excellent product, speedy delivery

Pretty meh experience. Instructions weren’t correct on one bit. Blister pack isn’t labelled so gotta measure the bolts. Some parts weren’t assembled correctly. Two of the main pillars weren’t shipped with the the machine so had to wait an extra few days. Would have been nice to have a bit of a sorry gift to make up for the mistake.

The lads on the phone were helpful and responsive.

As per usual top quality equipment, fast delivery. Minor damage to roller on jammer arms ,no probs as they were on the case straight away, sorted out the issue ,making it stress free .Top crew!

The staff are knowledgeable about their trade. Bought a 5ft bar elsewhere, which I returned no bearings in the weight sleeves, just metal grinding on metal. Bought similar 5ft bar from FW with bearings in the sleeves which make for a better lifting experience, can not fault the quality of their products.delivery was as expected, everything well packaged. Thank you again, folks at FW.
