I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt I had to because of the fantastic experience I’ve had with Lloyd at Faded Ink. He’s been just brilliant throughout my tattoo removal journey.

I was unsure at first, but Lloyd took his time to explain the whole process, and I’ve found the discomfort from the actual procedure is completely manageable. Now my tattoo is nearly gone and the results speak for themselves.

Lloyd is incredibly knowledgeable, professional and puts you at ease right away. The pricing is also excellent, I felt I got really great value for such high-quality service.

If you’re thinking about tattoo removal, this is the place to go. Top guy, top service! Thanks Lloyd!

I had been using Faded Ink for a while, and had always been supportive, and positive of the service. In the past I had needed to re arrange appts, and messaged to ask to do this, all ok. Until yesterday, I needed to re arrange my appointment for that day, as I had made a genuine mis calculation of my bank funds, and very stupidly assumed I had not overspent over the weekend ( friends birthday) I only rechecked my account on the morning and found I had not enough to eat, and have laser at same time. I politely messaged Lloyd and apologised for my mess up, and could we re arrange to following Monday, as I got paid the Friday coming. The response back was, short, abrupt, very uncooperative and rude, not good at all, and such that I will not be insulting myself with his service further. I am big on good customer service, and he needs to look at how he responds to last minute changes, circumstances, situations, demands ( home, personal or work) that customers may find themselves in, instead of responding with " not good at all mate" and nothing else, no leeway, no acknowledgment of my offer to rebook, no sympathy, no flexibility, no, retain customer solutions.
Friendly when suits, and absolutely rude and unfriendly when otherwise.

Had some Botox recently as was fast approaching my 55th birthday and had started to look like Gordon Ramsey. I was a little apprehensive but Lloyd made me completely relaxed and was extremely informative throughout the procedure. I can quite honestly say that I’ve never felt better and so pleased with the results. Looking forward to having a top up in a few months in preparation for my wedding in June. I can highly recommend Faded Lines to make you feel & look fabulous. 10/10

Had a 10 point skin booster from Lloyd on Saturday.. and my skin feels great ! Lloyd is very friendly and professional, confirmed my appointment the day before.. explained in detail how the treatment works and made me feel very at ease.. studio is clean and inviting, easy to find, and parking is free… Lloyd even contacted me afterwards to check how I’m getting on.. will definitely come back again

Amazing service from Lloyd at Faded Lines. I won’t be going anywhere else for my botox from now on. A great location and a fab little space can’t recommend enough.

This was my first visit with Lloyd and he has exceeded my expectations! I could not be happier with my Botox results! He talked me through each step. Made me feel relaxed, at ease and comfortable. He has been following up with me and given me advice and guidance throughout. I would definitely 100% recommend Lloyd.

I am having a tattoo removed on my wrist which is quite painful however Lloyd always makes the experience incredibly positive. Incredibly empathetic and friendly and very knowledgeable. The process requires a lot of trust but I instantly trusted Lloyd. He constantly checks in with you, even after the session to make sure you're okay and is so incredibly organised, messaging when it's been a month and your next session is. If you're thinking about removing a tattoo, do it here! I also couldn't believe how fair and reasonable the prices are in comparison to everywhere else I checked out.

Im currently having tattoo removal with Lloyd & each time I've received a warm friendly welcome. His little studio is pristine & he checks how I'm doing a couple of days after the session.

Amazing experience and perfect results from the very first time I went for Botox. My experience was nice and he was made me feel at ease when I was so nervous about my first session. The results from first-time botox treatments from Lloyd have been fantastic and I can’t recommend him enough 😀

So far I’ve had 3 sessions of tattoo removal with Lloyd/Faded Ink. Lloyds friendly and welcoming persona put me at ease straight away about the treatment (I was a little nervous!), however he thoroughly explained everything and made sure I was comfortable. Every session has been full of chats and giggles and I’m really happy with the results so far. The aftercare is also fab, Lloyd always checks to see how I am a few days after. I wouldn’t think twice about recommending Faded Ink to others, such a lovely and professional guy!

No messing around, really takes care of you as a client; before, during and after, one of the nicest people I’ve met and genuinely cares about his clients, too the point he remembers what we was talking about months ago! Had a few sessions with Lloyd now and the results are very good everytime.

Amazing experience and perfect results every time. I gym a lot and as a result, burn through botox pretty quick and have very strong facial muscles. The results from first-time botox treatments from Lloyd have been the best yet, can't recommend him enough!

After having a terrible experience at a previous laser removal I had lost all confidence in removing my unwanted tattoo's, I came across faded ink from meeting llyod and having my consultation I had already changed my mind about carrying on to have them removed llyod is so professional and lovely he really put me at ease I really can't recommend coming here enough! After just x2 sessions I noticed a massive difference nearly on my 4th and the tattoo has nearly gone with no pain afterwards or any issues! Thanks so much!
