Do not spend your money on this event. Awful service, rude staff, so unorganised.

If I could give this no stars I would. This event sold a dream, told us we would have a premium table, with service all night, vip service and que jump. I got the complete OPPOSITE. No que jump, the whole thing was so unorganised, they sat us on a tiny table no bigger than a A4 piece of paper. The bottle got brought out with two grown men, no bottle girls. Not to mentioned the bottles were tiny and got delivered in a rubber bucket.
I cannot stress enough, do not book with this event. Save your money and go else where.

750£ table, but it wasn't a table and everyone else sat in the same place for free. Absolute scam. Took ages for them to bring our bottles out over 30 mins, was impossible to get more mixers. Defo did not take care of us. The New Years countdown happened and we didn't have any drinks..... bcos they took so long to bring our bottles that came with our "table"

Awful new years event which was very expensive for VIP table , service was extremely poor.

Very very very bad experience.
My friend bought a ticket on my behalf for an event at Proud Embankment in August and although I arrived at 23:00pm for admittance, I waited in the Que for 3 hours only not to be let in. The door team were very selective about who they let in and even allowed some people to purchase tickets on the door as a priority rather than let those who had pre- bought such as myself in other into the event. By 2am I was told by a member of the door/ faded team to request a refund. Well I have emailed the Faded Team twice and STILL have not received my refund or even a response FOUR MONTHS later. Very disappointed. I will be taking this further and I do not recommend Faded to anyone.

Went to a faded event several years ago, travelled from Nottingham to London after hearing how good they were and was not disappointed. Great atmosphere and thoroughly enjoyed myself, one of the best nights out I’ve had in London and there have been many!

Faded events have been around for years now and I have gone to quite a few of them. All I can say it has always been great vibes, great people and great hosts!

Went to a faded event back in 2020 just before the pandemic. The vibe was amazing, and such an excellent time.

Always good vibes when I go Faded. The promoters are friendly and positive guys that just want people to enjoy their event!
