Emails Review - Alex Carville

Emails are fairly engaging and not over detailed. Allows me to keep up to date with deals/projects you’re running.

Recommendation - add colour/animation to boost engagement (or to become more “eye-catching” in Lehman’s terms.

I really enjoy reading Leo’s emails…

I really enjoy reading Leo’s emails they’re clear motivating and genuinely helpful. His meal plans are practical easy to follow and actually fit real life and his training programs are well structured and effective. You can tell he really cares about what he does and about the people he’s coaching. Overall it’s been a really positive and supportive experience and I’d definitely recommend him.

Always informative & appreciated!

Always read the emails, they’re really informative! Also the free mini plans & guides are a lifesaver right now whilst finances are tight - not many other coaches do that so it’s noticed & appreciated.

Sometimes the repeat emails can be a little overwhelming for my inbox, e.g. I received the same email on 2 consecutive days, checking I had seen it.

Positive motivation

I enjoy getting emails from Fade Fitness- theyre useful often have good information, are positive and I feel motivated after reading (even though I haven't committed to the gym or working out properly yet!)

Other fitness emails often only focus on client results, which is great, but doesn't always explain the mindset behind how to get on track like Fade does, or gives you the same encouragement. Definitely a welcome email.

At the moment require a hip replacement

At the moment require a hip replacement, but I've kept this link as there's been useful information about diet and little exercises I can still do. I'm definitely considering joining up once I'm capable and the surgery is complete.

Motivational coaching experience.

Having read the other reviews I wanted to say that I have worked with Leo for three years on and off and in that time, he's given me some great advice and coaching that have helped me to improve my overall strength and fitness levels. Sometimes he can come across as pushy but I think that's because he's passionate about motivating people to make changes for the better. If he wasn't like that, there would be a whole load of people out there who still have weight problems (and due to that, declining health, low self-esteem, even a shorter life expectancy). So don't be put off and give him a go. You won't be disappointed.

Great fitness coaching

Been on this programme a couple of months now and I have made great progress (8kg down). I feel so much better in myself. Leo is a really attentive and responsive coach, his approach is based on building sustainable life habits. Would highly recommend :)

Rude and disrespectful

Poor customer service for potential clients. Spamming people with calls and texts, and then questioning them when they let you know they’re not available to speak, is a bizarre business model and certainly not a positive way to get clients. Avoid!

Would not recommend

I signed up to a newsletter to get more information on FadeFitness but had not gotten around to fully looking with work commitments.

I received a call today from Leo whilst at work which I advised I was at work and had a meeting at 12:25 so was going to have to jump off call but he could call me back at 5:30 to discuss. His response was very strange by saying “ 12:25 that’s a weird time to have a work meeting” as if that is any of his business then proceeded to say did I want a call or was I going to continue to let work get in the way. Ended the call blocked the number.

Would avoid as not the way to get clients seemed very arrogant and was put off by his attitude straight away

I’m sorry to hear how the interaction made you feel.

As stated, you requested information on our services on 22/10/2025.

We tried to get in contact 3 times over the 4 week period between then and our first conversation on 18/11/2025 at around 12:20.

When you mentioned you had a meeting starting in 5 minutes (12:25), I joked that this was an unusual time to start a meeting, and asked if you had 30 seconds to quickly speak, to which you agreed, as the meeting wasn’t for another 5 minutes.

You mentioned that “work was getting in the way” of your fitness goals, and also reviewing the information we sent. 

So, I suggested scheduling a brief call at another time to have an unrushed conversation about the information you requested, and to provide some advice on how to reach your goals with a busy schedule.

When offering the call, I re-stated the challenge you mentioned (work getting in the way) to suggest why the call could be a useful.

My intention was to help, and to give some free advice, but I completely understand that tone of voice and sense of humour can come across differently over the phone. It is never my intention to leave someone feeling negative, and I sincerely apologize if it did.
