Avoid FAD and Chiale family

My experience with FAD / Future Art Design /Chiale Antiquariato Snc / fadesign cloud has been extremely disappointing.

Several fully paid orders from 2023 and 2025 were never delivered, while other items arrived with incorrect specifications or poor quality.

Attempts to resolve these issues were very unproductive, with little to NO effective support or resolution offered.

I am out of pocket by over €10,000 as a result.

This business is no longer operating as originally presented (small Italian family run furniture manufacturer), and I suspect that most products being supplied now are sourced from China (possibly via their affiliated company in Romania), rather than being manufactured in Italy.

Based on my experience, I would advise that you AVOID this company.

Stay away from those people

Stay away from those people. It is a scam, we have thousands of euros of undelivered furniture and what was delivered does not correspond to the fully paid invoice, not the right fabric or dimensions and terrible quality of the furniture. We have been waiting for some pieces of furniture for more than 2 years. 2 beds are still missing, as well as an armchair and other items. When we complain, they tell us that we are harassing them and they threaten us. As far as we understand, this used to be a small Italian furniture maker and it is now a scam to bring cheap Chinese furniture into Europe via Romania. They have lied to us for more than 2 years about losing our furniture in transport, furniture stopped at customs, etc....for at the end not receiving what we ordered. Impossible to get a refund out of these people, we have been asking for months to be refunded. Unethical scammers, never had such a bad experience before.

Fadesign furniture is a romanian scam

After waiting 6 months for a table arrived completely broken, discover the marble top is just a lame ceramic slate. Nobody collected the broken pieces, they did not give my money back. Now I hired a lawyer that discovered the company is in Romania while they market themselves as Italian company . They are scammers
