This is the most disapointing service I…

This is the most disappointing service I have ever come across. DO NOT USE. They did my background check all wrong and put the wrong Last name and Middle name. It is so easy to do a DBS check and normally mine comes so easily, this company just messed everything up for me. I lost money, and now I have to do another background check.

This screening company is bottom of the barrel

The organization I work for uses First Advantage screening to screen our applicants. We have had a number of technical issues which causes us to lose applicants. The screening software rarely works, it omits pertinent information such as criminal backgrounds, evictions, etc., it takes WEEKS for some screenings to come back, and most people cannot successfully apply because the software gives error messages. Susan Hardy and Ashley Stump are the "specialists" assigned to us. They ignore every email we send, never provide resolution, and only say they've opened a trouble ticket for our issues, when they do respond. This company is a joke and provides no support for their terribly-crafted product. If you are in the housing industry, just know you will lose more applicants than you gain if you use this service.

Please use US-based callers

Please use US-based callers! The experience for the person giving the reference will be so much better! I would be really disappointed as an applicant to know that a potential employer cares so little about the outcome of an employment check because they used this off-shored call center with callers that you cannot hardly communicate with.

Slow service

On February 9th I had a background investigation start for retail store it is now the 27th of February and they have yet to complete a simple criminal check background they say they're 100%, but it still says it's in progress I have used first advantage when I worked for my corporate job and they were slow and I will tell you when I getting to the position again to use the background check I'm going to lobby my company to do away with first advantage every time I call I'm speaking to somebody in India and this is so unprofessional I'm so angry at this I will bad-mouth and give them a horrible review every time.

This company is horrible

This company is horrible for companies to use for back ground checks. They bounce around and the site is out dated. They might be cheaper for companies to use but their wifi glitches. It should be positioned that no company ever use this company for back ground checks. Mine is good. Other places have checked and been fine.

The worst website to do background…

The worst website to do background checks! No customer support, no help!!
Absolutely complicated process me and my boyfriend struggled a lot to do delivery drivers app. Both couldn’t because of this… everything else we’ve done easily but the process with the background checks it’s just impossible and made absolutely complicated. But that’s what happens when you choose a bot to deal with your customers and not a normal human!!! I’m disgusted

During the initial applying on this site for my background, check, it clearly gives you the option to select yes or no.If you want them to contact your current employer in which I am currently working for and did not want to say that.I am looking for another job until I secured one. This company clearly does not understand that. So they are either being ran by a I or incompetent people.Because the fact that they would give you an option.Yes, or no, and you select no.But then they go and tell you that they cannot finish your background report until they get an answer of yes to contact your current employer. This is a shady operation.And I advise anybody to please keep your social security and information away from them for they are probably selling it.
