Poor sevice
Poor sevice. there was no telephonic contact available. I had to write through an online contact form to get in-touch. There was no support email address either.
Sometimes, they just conveniently didn't reply to my messages. After waiting for over a month my order was not shipped and there was no update on the expected delivery date.
I cancelled my order with them and placed it some where else. There started a new struggle, they just sent an email saying that order is hannded over to the courier company and deducted the money from my account, subsequently.
I had to write to them several times, and followed the order with courier company to make sure that I don't receive the wheels which I don't want anymore. There was no help from the company. I was on my own with the courier company. Luckily, the courier company had better service, they helped me to stop the shippment and return it to sender. Nevertheless, it was very hectic for me follow it though out as there was not support from faelge24.
Now, I am waiting for the refund. I will never recommend them to others and will not try to make any purchases in future.
