Missnöjd med leveranssätt och tid

Jag beställde ridstrumpor och valde early bird som leveranssätt. Jag fick efter några dagar ett sms från fager att early bird i te levererar till min adress vilket de visst gör. Jag har fått via dem många gånger. Jag fick frågan om att byta till dhl, jag sa okej till det om det blev hemleverans då jag bor 11 km från närmsta utlämningsställe och inte hade planerat att åka dit. Det gick inte utan det bel dhl till utlämningsställe, leveransen tog och 10 dagar från beställning (visserligen helg) till leverans.

Allt annat än smidigt!

På hemsidan görs reklam för ”smidiga byten och enkla returer”. Tröjan passade inte då den var väldigt stor i storlek vilket inte framgick på hemsida och jag vill därför göra en retur. Returen kostar 59 kr. Sen vill de ha betalt 59 kr till i frakt för den nya tröjan. Det kostar mig alltså 118 kr i frakt för att byta tröjan. Extremt missnöjd med detta företag!
