Everything came as described, but was disappointed quality packaging items.

Not a single problem,delivered very quickly and supurb packaging.

It was just amazing to open the box and find the bicycle pretty much in one piece, with almost nothing to assemble. Five stars for customer friendliness.

Good communication and prompt delivery

I ordered a Road Bike. The service was excellent. There was a problem with the delivery merchant that they chased up and solved the problem for me, and the bike arrived the next day.

I am satisfied with the quality and performance of the bicycle, except for the weight which is somewhat excessive.

This was the only online store that really had the brand new product in stock instead of backorder which was the case with most of the others, and offered express delivery to mainland europe too. Very expensive shipping and handling compared to others (E40 instead of 15-25), but it saved me from missing my weekend ride! If I was not in a hurry this would have been 5 stars. Will definitely return to buy other stuff.

I ordered from Fahhrad24 as many bike items are difficult to get in the UK. The service is very good with delivery faster and price lower than if I ordered locally.

Couple of things a professional bike seller shouldn't do: wrong frame size reference tables on top of the frame choices. If one uses the table and orders a Scott bike according to that then you will get XL frame size instead of M or possibly L. It only shows you frame sizes in cm, but Scott deals in M,L, etc. After two weeks when I pointed that misleading information out, nothing had been changed on the webpage.
So I first ordered wrong bike size, got the mistake when they sent me the invoice where the first time the frame size was on. Stopped that on the middle of the shipping. Changed it to the correct one and then the delivery took 12 days instead of promised 2-3 day!!!! So I guess it was shipped with cheapest/slowest service. So all together I spent almost 3 weeks for what was advertised to take 3 days.
I've sent them over 10 e-mails regarding problems described above and not once have they even admitted some wrong doing or apologized for delays. All replies have been one sentence and no effort to help or assist.
If I would have only known that before, I would have stayed far far away from this shop. Hope everybody else now does.

I ordered a Lifestyle bicycle helmet from bike24, the order was processed very quickly and arrived after just a few days despite the fact that it was shipped from abroad to my country, the product that arrived was as described on the website. So I would say excellent product and excellent service.
