Buying was easy and delivery was quick but warranty issues hard to handle. Der Kauf war einfach und die Lieferung war schnell, aber Garantieprobleme schwer zu behandeln
Pages worked well and it was easy to buy the bicycle also the delivery was really quick. We had to contact the support because the issues noticed with the bicycle. Warranty issues are really hard and slow to handle from abroad. Already 2 weeks tried to solve this case..
Die Seiten funktionierten gut und es war einfach, das Fahrrad zu kaufen, auch die Lieferung war sehr schnell. Wir mussten den Support kontaktieren, da die Probleme mit dem Fahrrad festgestellt wurden. Garantieprobleme aus dem Ausland sind sehr schwer und langsam zu lösen.
