I had a visit as my boiler was not working Paul. Come out and was spot on with everything he done he new straight away wot the problem was and was so cheerful and happy and no mess was left(I have had work men before that have left mess) I hope if I need my boiler repaired again it'd Paul that comes such a nice guy and credit to the company

Had Steve Fenton round to do gas safety check. Very polite, professional and treated property respectfully.

Our annual Hewer gas safety check was carried out by Nicholas, absolutely brilliant bloke who arrived especially early as I had just finished a night shift and needed to sleep. Not only did he do the gas safety check he took extra time to replace a cracked plastic pipe that had recently begun leaking. Had a really nice chat with him whilst he was here, super guy, very nice to have met him. Thank you Hewer, see you next year!

Fitted new boiler an stat.
Came out on Saturday aswell where as most wouldnt. Showed us how everything worked an made sure there was no issues bled all rads for us. No mess no drama's very polite.

A difficult job for Steve Fenton but with perseverance he serviced my boiler with great success

Very quick and efficient, very friendly.

Had a problem with hot water being intermittent. Andy & Devon knew exactly what it was. They ordered part immediately and came out a few days later to fit. Both very professional and courteous. Andy is extremely knowledgeable and has a very ‘can do’ attitude ie nothing is too much trouble. Both guys are a credit to Hewers and give an exemplary face to the business. Thank you both for a job well done, Bri’s & I appreciate it.

Had issue trying to find spot to put fire alarm in living room
He had a very long walk around to find best place for it and that would also make less mess ,
He was very clean and tidy, didn't leave any mess at all

Just had the annual boiler service,very pleased as usual.I was very pleased it was Andy,he is the best.The Hewer failsafeplan is very good value for the money,so ten out of ten,Many thanks.

We had the engineer (Bailey) in the evening and he did great job. He knew what he was doing and managed to get my radiator and boiler working. Thank you for the amazing service.

Our engineer found a long standing gas leak and sorted straight away, very friendly thorough and prompt.

Engineer came out and was fantastic. He fixed our noisy boiler and checked its performance. Not only was he professional and friendly but he came out within 4 hours of being called as we had a newborn baby in the house.

Very efficient and thorough! Dave cracked straight on with the job to a high standard and stayed late until the job was done. Very grateful.

Brian was extremely professional and very friendly. He completed that needed doing and also took the time to explain exactly what he was doing. He also talked me through how to use the new boiler and made sure I fully understood. He also came back to deal with a minor issue that I didn't know how to sort myself which I am also extremely grateful for. Communication with Andy was also very easy. He was able to support me by giving me a very reasonable quote after being quoted almost double for the same job by British Gas. 10/10 will recommend to anyone who needs it.
