Matthew was so helpful and easy to work with. He kept me updated via text which is so much better than a phone call during working hours. He stayed on top of the credit bureau to update and closing.

I was working with Matthew, signed all documents and thought things were progressing. However, for over 3 weeks now I have been trying to get ahold of Matthew or ANYONE at the company and cannot get a call back or anything.
