I appreciate the company helping me…
I appreciate the company helping me navigate the process of canceling an order with a vendor. I did not appreciate that the vendor had the ability to deny my request for cancellation upon my initial request. I placed an order on March 5 that had an estimated delivery window of March 20-23. On March 25 the order still said processing and I asked for updated tracking information and got no response so on March 27, I requested to cancel the order. The company “declined” my request. I then had to start the process over with customer service and even then they gave the company time to respond before canceling it for me.

Faire answers questions promptly, which I appreciate. The one issue I experienced was placing an order with a company and later realizing it had not actually been submitted. It would be very helpful to have a reminder when items have not been added to the cart or an order has not been completed.
