BUYERS BEWARE! Heed all warnings from the other honest reviewers here - this company is a sham, the complete opposite of Fair - THEY SHOULD BE PERMANENTLY SHUT DOWN. The clothing is flimsy and cheap and nothing like described or pictured. The seams falls apart, fabric pills and sizing is way off. Their slick marketing photos and descriptions are false advertising. There is ZERO customer service, other than nonsensical email messages clearly composed by foreigners to the English language and basic communication skills. They lie about the country of origin of the products, use odd unknown shippers with no tracking info, unreliable delivery dates and no ability to contact them. Forget about Exchanges - they won't honor sale prices, allow alternate selections for same price even when product is defective or issue Refunds! A big waste of time and money. Don't let them take you for a ride... STAY FAR AWAY

While away I purchased a pair of Fair Harbor swim trunks. Excellent quality and fit. Upon my return home, I purchase 3 more pair directly from Fair Harbor. Same quality and fit. Very well priced. Great service, prompt shipping.

Great jeans. Extremely comfortable, came quickly. They look like jeans, they feel like sweats! Love the company’s mission too!

This is a great t-shirt, classic design, something about the word SALTY. . . I plan on getting the sweatshirt as well! I really like the color combo too, its very, Salty!

Great swim trunks that have a nice built in liner that’s way more comfortable than the traditional netted style. My favorite was the bungalow short but anchor trunk was also good (just a bit thinner material) Definitely will try and pick up some more when I see them on sale.

The Bayberry swim trunks are my husband’s favorite! He says they are incredibly comfortable and the fabric is high quality and dries quickly.

Purchased a Saltaire Sweatshort recently that I really like a lot. Super comfortable and they look great. All of the items I have purchased from Fair Harbor in the past have all fit well, and are always high quality.

Been buying swimsuits from Fair Harbour for years now, it's become a yearly tradition before rhe summer months and most recently took a chance on thiet polo and I wasn't disappointed and proceeded to get the same polo in two different colors. Keep up the good craftsmanship!

Fair Harbor is the best. Always great Customer service, and really high quality (and comfortable!) products. Their bathing suits have the best liner and feel — I don’t think I’ll ever wear a non-FH bathing suit again. Most of my favorite clothes have come from FH, and have proven durable after a ton of use. Can’t say enough good things.

Always responsive and appreciative of feedback. They manufacture quality goods that I am happy to pass along in the form of gifts or gift ideas.

Stay away. This is a company selling Walmart quality clothing at a premium price with the worst customer service in the industry. Materials pill with a few washes. The trunks take over 24 hours to dry. You would be better off using workout/running shorts with liners than these overpriced, low quality shorts. Customer service at FH will not stand behind their product either. Major quality control issues and non-existent customer service.

A couple of years ago I came across Fair Harbor online and decided to take a chance on their Anchor swim trunks. I wasn’t disappointed. The style and fit were every bit as good as the big brand names (better in my mind) and the quality is fantastic. My trunks get used weekly and some pairs are over 2 years old and are showing little to no sign of wearing out. The customer experience is also great with little to no issues shipping product internationally to me. Since then I have purchased several products from all day shorts to different swim trunks. On top of that all the product line is sustainable with a focus on the planet. It’s a no brainer really. If you are interested in their products, click add to cart, and rest assured….you won’t be disappointed.

I absolutely love Fair Harbor products, and the Kismet Tee has become one of my all-time favorites. The quality and comfort are outstanding—it’s soft, lightweight, and works perfectly for both everyday wear and travel. I also appreciate the thoughtful design details and the brand’s commitment to sustainability. You can really tell how much care goes into everything they make. I’m excited to keep adding more Fair Harbor pieces to my wardrobe!

I recently purchased a pair of your shorts from Nordstrom at Aventura Mall. I chose them over other options because of your brand's strong reputation and the premium price, which I believed reflected higher quality.

Unfortunately, after only three uses, I noticed significant discoloration on the back of the shorts. I reached out to customer service regarding this issue but have not received any response. After reading other reviews, it seems this may be a recurring issue, and I'm now concerned that I won’t hear back at all.

I hope this message gets through and that your team can assist me with a solution.

I found this brand a few years ago when I was visiting NYC and loved the mission behind it. (Go being environmentally friendly!!) The pieces seem fairly priced compared to other competitors and I love getting things for my husband from here. Great quality and feel! I chatted with someone from their customer experience team about sizing with the breaker shorts. I had gotten my husband a different pair a while back and he’s gained some weight, so I wanted to make sure I ordered something that would work for him now. They suggested some other items as well since I said we were going on a vacation to the beach :) Mediterranean here we come!

I purchased 3 pairs of Fair Harbor swim trunks last year.
They now have developed black mold spots all over them. I sent pictures to the company and they said tuff luck! We only warranty manufacturing defects. I would be very careful of this product. If it were not for all the black MOLD all over them I would really like them.

My package was delayed, but the team quickly reached out to let me know and offered to reship it. I was pleasantly surprised by the proactive communication. Since I needed it for an upcoming vacation, they even offered to send it directly to my resort or expedite the shipping. This level of service is exactly what keeps me coming back as a customer.
