I recently purchased from Fairline Yachts via fairlineparts. The service was excellent, and parts were sourced efficiently. While there is room for improvement, such as offering PayPal for faster checkout, the team is knowledgeable and customer-focused. Overall, I was impressed and recommend them as a reliable resource for yacht owners.

The part I ordered fitted perfectly top job

We needed to inquire about the products in more detail. We received comprehensive answers and photos of the product very quickly. Rarely good service.

Actually, the people in the parts department. WERE GREAT. Extremely helpfull, cordial, and most of all full of patience for us without knowledge about what we need.
The only reason for 4 stars is that shipment of 22 grams, was priced to 50EUR!! Not only that, it took shipping dept. 8 days to ship it.
but, at the end the result wa good.

Good service, fast and professional. However, an enquiry about the installation of fins from September has still not been answered.

Wrong part cost more to return than replace

The plates I bought are highly irregular in size and do not stack - disappointing as they were very expensive.

I needed new teak sections for the cockpit of my Phantom 46 (now 20 years old) and, from photos, the parts team were able to source them. Fantastic! Not only do I thank them but I highly recommend them to other owners!
