I payed for delivery at my door. Yet your courier pretended I was not at home and took my package to a collection point which is quite a distance from my home and where I could pick it up a day later.
Next time, I expect a better service

You get way better phones for the money Xiaomi Poco f8 is £600 and it's more powerful than a iPhone 17pro max and the camera is 200mega pixel 100x zoom and has snapdragon 8 gen 5 chipset I would look very hard to what you buy

I love bed the idea of a sustainable phone and privacy in house software. Thus, purchased fairphone 6 e/OS. Unfortunately, the most basic thing (to make calls, and use data) not working. I have contacted my sim provider, they asked me to contact phone manufacturer, which had a difficult time doing it. How can I resolve this issue? Its been less than 14 days I bought this phone I think

I bought the FP4 almost two years ago with /e/OS and I'm really happy with the purchase. Sometimes I've experienced some issues with the system, but Murena's customer support helped me. I always recommend Fairphone because it's a great project. I hope it gets bigger and bigger.

Got my first Fairphone a couple of weeks ago, but sadly Elgiganten in Denmark did not have a cover to it, so I went to Fairphones website and found it. Good price, fast delivery and the cover that you delivered feels very nice to hold.

Love the mission of this company. But they have *zero* excuse not to have a headphone jack in their phones

Fast order, excellent packaging, the phone worked out of the box nice and easy.

Customer service is great and the sound of my Fairbuds is amazing. They look nice too. However they are very tight, too much for my taste. It feels like my head is being squeezed. I'm not sure whether I can use these as much as I wanted.

I ordered the Fairphone 6 with the e/OS operating system, but quickly found out that I couldn't get along with it, so I contacted Fairphone wondering if they could change it over to the standard Android version.
"No problem" they said, "return it for a refund and once you've received that, buy the other version".
All done - I now have the best phone I've ever had!

Very happy with my model 4, works very well after 3+ years, I've replaced the battery and screen myself 1 time and its like new. Very glad to not have a tech bro, ethical choice that just wants something that works well (its not a flash in the pan toy for fashion victims) and you actually own it all while lessoning the destructive impact the big names are happy to engage in

The main issue i had was dealing with UPS. For some reason they always manage to fail at delivering as expected. Their communication is bad and unclear. This caused unnecessary delay and frustration.
@Fariphone Allow us to have delivery through PostNL or something that works better. Even if the price is higher. Anything not to have to deal with UPS.

I had a Fairphone 6 for about 3 months before elements of it (fingerprint reader, the screen etc stopped working properly. The phone had not been dropped (it was in a Fairphone case, regardless) or exposed to water etc. I sent it off under the "comprehensive warranty" to be repaired but was told the issue (oxidisation) wasn't covered; so I needed to pay over £300 for it to be repaired. So much for FP being ethical, sustainable and repairable. Given the cost of the phone and how poorly it's clearly built, I would avoid unless you've got money to waste.

Would be nice to have FP service parts available in US. Order placed & received in EU so that gets 5 star, but wider availability would be terrific
