Didn't buy as the sales staff were too pushy and quite unprofessional. One of the sales lead even threatened.
They always try to escalate anything to their senior team as if it was some sort o complex government authority. We almost bought it until we were transferred on to a "senior" who was absolutely the worst experience.

We completed at Printmakers Yard at the end of November. The building operates with a communal boiler system for the entire block, which was sold to us as a major benefit — “like a hotel.” However, since completion we have repeatedly been left without hot water and heating, including today. This has been an ongoing issue with frequent outages.
On several occasions we were informed that the problem had been fixed, but it clearly has not been.Most of the flats in the same building are being experiencing the same issue even for longer periods. We receive no official updates on how the issue is being addressed and only find out information through neighbours. We are now fairly certain that the sales team were aware of the hot water and heating outages, as this problem has apparently been ongoing for months.
Despite this, the sales team were extremely keen to assist us in purchasing our first property. We invested a significant amount of money believing this was a sound and safe decision. However, once the reservation was completed and the funds were paid, all communication, availability, and willingness to meet or respond to messages disappeared. Once commissions were secured, this apparent kindness faded entirely.
As first-time buyers, it is impossible to describe how distressing it has been to move into our home during the coldest period of the year and be left without heating or hot water, including over the Christmas holidays.
At this point, Printmakers Yard feels like a mis-sold development, and we are now seeking legal advice.

From start to finish, my experience with Fairview has been genuinely excellent.
In particular, I cannot recommend Reece highly enough. He took an exceptional amount of time to show me and my family around the development on multiple occasions, always with patience, clarity and kindness. Every question we had - big or small - was answered promptly and thoughtfully, and at every stage I felt guided rather than “sold to”.
The entire process was handled with professionalism, warmth and transparency. I also had very positive interactions with the wider team, including Bass and Suzy, who were equally helpful and supportive throughout.
I feel very fortunate that Reece was my first point of contact, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both him and Fairview to anyone considering a property purchase. An outstanding experience all round.

Reece went above and beyond to help the needs of me and my brothers first buying experience making it feel natural and fluid. From answering all questions to aiding us in viewing every apartment and we really wanted to see different floors so Reece went out of his way to get more keys to help us view everything.
Very upbeat, friendly and enthusiastic about his job. I'd say Reece is a great asset and genuinely hard working individual with amazing potential while being very dynamic with his approach.
