I had a great experience buying a newly build flat from Fairview. Christopher Bersabal (sales staff) supported me through different stages of purchase. He introduced the Solicitors and the mortgage broker.

Liked the goodmayes one from fair views. It would have been nice to opt for carpet colour, or ceiling lights in-build Vs chandelier options.Parking would have made it a great choice to opt for.
Dhrumil explained everything in the best of ways understanding customer needs and gave good discount as well.

I had a fantastic experience thanks to the excellent customer service. Mursal was amazing throughout. Friendly professional, and always ready to help!

I recently had a property viewing with Mursal at The Green at Epping Gate, and it was a fantastic experience. She was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the property. Mursal took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the viewing. Her attention to detail and genuine interest in helping me was so accommodating!

I met William at the Silverton office who showed my mother and I around the showroom property as well as 2 units still under construction. He was super helpful and told us all about the area and how it will change in the next few years. He was very well informed and answered all our questions about the properties (we had many questions!) and we felt that we could trust Will to advise us through the process - as a first time buyer it is pretty daunting!

William was very professional with his approach and was full of relevant details. He was extremely courteous, gave direct answers to all my questions and was particularly helpful on site visit by drawing attention to the various layouts and siting of features of the still to be completed properties. He explained in detail the financial aspect and requirements towards the potential purchaser, leaving nothing out in my opinion. At no point did I feel pressured to commit to anything.
