From the beginning to the end, Zach was transparent, diligent and very patient. We had issues with our internal payment approval process at first, which got delayed, causing Zack to lose his driver because he could not wait any longer. Zack diligently found a replacement and managed to get our company van picked up right away, in spite of difficulties at the pick up location. He managed to have it delivered 2 days later, as promised, with no issues.

As a first time customer, I have to say I had phenomenal service. Tony was patient with me as I had to switch my date, also he went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with my price and service I received. I would highly recommend.

Picked it up and dropped it off exactly when they said. Good communication. Came in very low with the initial estimate. They quoted me at 500 and got it shipped for 900. But I knew their number was too low. Overall Roger gill was a great guy to work with. He made it very easy for me.

Worst company to deal with. I removed my post because they asked me too and that they would do good by saying they’ll compensate me for my storage charge of my vehicle. Even though it was over $200 they compensated me with $150 and due to the drive was supposed to be $950 remaining but ended up sending the money to my account instead of the driver and so pls give the driver $1100. When the driver arrived with my vehicle said no it’s $1250 I was so shocked and won’t release until he’s paid. So I did because I had no choice. SMH this company is not right. Pls pls use a different company and save the headache. You’ll spend more money and headaches with them rather than dealing directly from the companies such as Copart. They’ll have it towed and not charge you any storage fee even if the driver is running late.

Ben and Max were great! They assisted me the whole way and made sure delivery was done on time. Communication was TOP TIER! There was a hiccup NOT on the companies part. Ben corrected the issue. BUYER BEWARE!
This company is not to be trusted. They gave me a shipping price which was fair, then two days before pickup they called to tell me there were problems. In the end they wanted to charge an additional $500 and that was only one way. I would not know what the return price would be. As a result I canceled my trip and lost money on a house rental. Learn from my misfortunes, do not use this company.

Good communication compared to other companies. I liked that they informed me every step of the way even called me after to confirmed my car had arrived.

I am perfectly happy with their services. Both Roger and his driver are reliable. My car was picked up and delivered at the lowest fee possible at that time and at planned times. It’s hard to find a company that you can trust to transport your cars. I will definitely contact Roger when i need car transportation service again because I know he cares and take commitments. Great experience with Fairways Logistics!

I had an amazing experience with this company and would work with them again. I transported 4 vehicles, a lambo urus, lambo huracan, Porsche and Tesla in both open and enclosed transports. Burak and Ben made sure to vet the drivers who were very high end. The drivers were courteous and professional and the vehicles arrived ahead of schedule and were in perfect condition. I highly recommend them.

Delivery drivers truck broke down delaying my delivery by a an additional day, but he remained communicative and car arrived in the same condition it was picked up.

Dont even talk to these scammers. Totally bait and switch then try to blame you the customer. Told me it would cost me 1250 to ship my truck then once I paid half they told they need to charge me 2,000 more then tried blaming me. Just stay away from these people . They tried to threaten me to take this review down or face criminal charges .

Abby was great, he walked me through the whole process. Even though the trucking company could be more punctual and have better communication, Abby was apologetic for them and he reassured me that my car was in good hands. Thank you Abby for being courteous and professional. Would definitely recommend for auto transportation.
