Am still waiting on a dress that was ordered and paid for in March. No reply to my emails either. Total SCAM

The three dresses I ordered were cheap and NOT like the pictures. They are awful quality! They are so lightweight, like a nightgown! Even my husband said they were hideous. When I contacted them they only offered 40% refund stating that they are located in China, but the label shows a return of Maryville, Tennessee. I will be fighting this and to get my money back!

Finally got my order. Original order was 3 dresses and 1 blouse. Received 4 blouses I never even ordered. The worst items I've ever seen. So cheap. Packed them up to donate. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Been waiting ten weeks, still no order. Asked for tracking number, it was bogus. I get automated messages asking me to be patient.
Asked for a credit, wanted my money back or I would file a DISPUTE. They GHOSTED ME.
Had enough, time to file a PayPal claim and be done with them

I wish I had read these reviews before I bought three dresses from Fairygurls. I waited 3 months for my delivery.
Big mistake !!! dresses were terrible too big and ugly designs and nylon and rubbish material nothing like the advertised dresses.
Do not buy from this company!!! It is a SCAM.
I rang their phone many times they never answered!!! Hmm:/SCAM.

BEWARE this is a huge scam !!! the clothes are nothing like what the picture shows and they sent me the wrong color and expect me to pay for shipping to return it. I've been fighting with them for over a month now to refund me and pay for the shipping to return it back to them but they just keep saying I can keep the item and they will refund me 10%, then they offered 20% then they told me 30% was the max they could refund and I can keep the item. I keep telling them the item does not fit at all it is way too small and they sent me black when I ordered white so basically the item is useless to me and since they sent me the wrong color why should I pay the shipping costs to send it back to them. They just keep responding with the same thing saying "we're very sorry for the inconvience ..." and "The customer is responsible for the shipping" they finally agreed to 50% refund and when I asked them how much they will be refunding @ 50% they replied $25. well my credit card was charged $76. after the exchange rate. so they won't even refund the USD exchange diff. DON'T BUY FROM THEM !!!!

Do not buy anything from Fairy girl or Mesolco, be careful! Misleading photos of items. The quality is poor and the design is very different from the photos they advertise (bad design). They do not refund the money unless you pay for the shipping to China. If you complain because they sent the wrong colour, bad quality items completely different design ( misleading advertising) they do not accept a return free of cost. Even if you are not responsible you have to pay for the shipping, which is expensive. They email you and say that if anything happens to the goods on the way you will be held responsible. So do not trust them. They will offer a 10% or 20% reduction if you keep the items, but they look terrible and it still works out so expensive because you overpayed for bad quality items.

La ropa no tiene nada que ver con las fotos, tejidos muy delgados, diseño malo ( mal cosido, forma de la prenda diferente..). Si quieres devolver la ropa pq no es como la foto o el color que has pedido llega equivocado tienes que pagar tu el envio de vuelta a China ( no te aseguran tampoco que te devuelvan el importe de la ropa, te dicen q si pasa algo por el camino o ellos deciden que no está en condiciones no te lo devolverán). Intentan ofrecerte un 10% o un 20% de descuento, si insistes mucho, para que te lo quedes pero aún así te sale muy caro aún pq la ropa es mala y el diseño peor...
En su política de devolución no dicen que el cliente deberá pagar los costes de devolución.
