Ordered goods and payment taken. No goods arrived. Tried e mailing both the email adresses showing on website and no response. Tried phoneing shop number listed on website and no one ever answers. Think my chances of any refund are slim to say the least. ! Would not use or reccomend to anyone else. Beware !

Do not buy from this company, believe me it is not worth the hassle. They dont deliver orders and they do not refund. They also ignore emails, they ignore Instagram messages, the only way to get any kind of contact from them is via Facebook but even then it will be at least a month between replies.

They dont accept Paypal which means getting your money back is even harder as you have to go through your bank.

i ordered 2 items and 20 days passed without any updates, i sent dozens of messages and finally got a reply a month later in which a refund was promised but i got no acknowledgment email and no refund emerged so i had to get my bank to investigate and refund me.

The annoying thing is that FB messages would surely come through to the business owners phone and would ping when a message is received and this is a releatively small company so there is no excuse.

i would give zero stars if i could, a complete waste of time, poor customer service, and bad business practices.

Most reviews say the same thing and the owners repliesto reviews always claim ignorance.

Do not order from these people, they take your order and your money, then they can’t supply your goods, they won’t refund your money and they ignore all your messages. They are obtaining money under false pretences, which is thieving. AVOID!!!!!

i have used this company for years they are going thru a rough time atm but still amazing and helpful the items i have bought have come fast. if i had any problems they would help me as soon as they could. they are always willing to help and they have some great offers.

Writing this review on behalf of my mum, she is owed over £150 of products from this company. Initially these were all preorders which my mum has had to source elsewhere, this shop agreed to exchange the items back in August - we have made numerous attempts to contact them since, and fortunately my mum managed to speak to someone on the phone who agreed to sort it out (it is now September by this point) he said he would be in touch and get them sent out which he has not done, I have commented on a number of posts in an attempt to see if this can be rectified on the penultimate comment he replied that due to covid there was a delay in sending stuff out (fair enough I more than appreciate this but why hold massive offer events in the meantime increasing the workload of these employees which given the amount of other comments on posts is high at the moment) almost two weeks has passed since then and I commented once again, comments have been turned off on this post now and all other posts. What is most worrying is that they seem to have the items she has asked for in stock and are posting saying ‘only one available’ which makes us concerned that she won’t actually get hers as another customer has subsequently purchased it in a later comment (whether they actually get it is another story).

Further still, we are aware there is a small difference in the invoice and the items purchased, having gone on to pay it we see that the shop (or indeed PayPal) has deleted that invoice so we have no record as to what she’s ordered. Luckily we took a screenshot prior to this.

Myself and my mum like to see the best in people but unfortunately the number of unfortunate coincidences which result in us not receiving her exchange have led to us becoming cynical as to whether this shop has the worlds worst luck or whether actually these items will ever come at all.

I am not one for putting reviews but unfortunately this seems to be the only way to get their attention

Do not use this company they take people money and do not send orders! even suppler will not deal with them ....Will not refund at all for a large mickey britto send they send out April but the product was not even out. Stay away
