A bit chaotic system (no usual confirmation mail), but fast reaction, fast delivery (earlier than promised), exactly what I ordered.

I liked everything, my order arrived correctly, but what I didn't like was that it took a long time and they didn't give me any clues as to where my package was. I thought they were going to scam me, but everything went very well. It arrived the way I wanted it. I give it 4 stars.

I did not receive any email about the order placed. Nor about the status of the warrant. I have to constantly monitor the site.

I ordered two Real Sociedad jerseys - one in size medium and another in size small.
I received size medium, but the jersey was a cheap copy of the one I have seen in the sportshop at the Real Sociedad Stadium.
I have not received the jersey of size SMALL yet (after 3 weeks).
In both cases I have complained via Faisca Fashion's info-mail, but without any response.

After nearly 3 weeks of waiting for a response, after not receiving any confirmation of my order, my package arrived. Amazing Jersey bought for my Brothers Birthday. He'll love it. Just a shame it came after his birthday and the customer service was non existent.

They have sent me the official kit from Denmark and it's perfect; just as I expected it.

I will definitely order again. I am very happy with my order, the jersey shirts are genuine and the price is amazing ! The only reason why I have reduced one star as the communication with their costumer service could have been better, as there was delay getting back to me, but other than that, the shirts are great !
