Have to be totally honest...

Have to be totally honest...the items I received were as depicted on the website and my wife loved them both. That being said I am still waiting for the other two that I ordered over a month ago. The lead time is very long and I wish that was noted online. Hopefully the last two show up soon but tracking says they are on the way. The responses to any emails have been quick and understanding but not sure I'm emailing a live agent or a bot.

Very disappointed in the quality of the…

Very disappointed in the quality of the item we purchased. Was much smaller than expected. Could not even read the engraving. Threw it out!!

The personalized pocket hug was…

The personalized pocket hug was disappointing. Can't even read the verse it's written so small. Had to use the photo from online for the person to even know what it said. Photo is VERY diseasing.

I was very disappointed with the…

I was very disappointed with the product which was a little huge and prayer it is smaller than described I got 2 one each for my granddaughters I had there names put on them but the prayer is so small you can’t read it it looks like two stickers put on a metal disc ☹️

Quality takes time

I didn't realize how much time it took to manufacture, ship and deliver the item I wanted. I wanted it in time for Mother's Day because I wanted to celebrate my bride. It finally showed up and, I must say, it was worth the time it took. My wife was thrilled and so was I. Thanks for a quality product.

Not a carved statue

I was very disappointed with the quality of the product. For $29.99 I expected more. The statue looked like a cute carved one in the picture on line but in reality was just a picture glued to plywood. Not worth the price.

What I received and what I ordered couldn’t be much further apart. The ad showed a 3 dimensional plaque. Received a flat flimsy extremely off color

Cheap materials obviously made in china…

Cheap materials. The pouch was brown cloth nothing close to leather or even pleather. The coin was barely the size of a nickel you couldn’t read anything on it without a magnifying glass. Nothing like the Facebook as suggests. This to me is a scam. Can’t return it. Don’t purchase unless you want cheap poorly made product.
