They play like they are a Christian company,,BUT yet they have bad policies!!! No returns,,no matter what!! No refunds,,no matter how dissatisfied you are with their product..Save yourself the headache and DON'T order!!!! I wish i never would have.. the product they advertise IS NOT the product you get!!!!

Shipping took nearly a month and a half. The original description stated the articles to be fleece. They came as thin 95% polyester 5% spandex. The colors were extremely duller than what they showed in the ad. Supposed to be black and almost electric teal, but arrived as a faded black and light baby blue. Material also very thin.

Fine print and great fit. However, not the material I expected in terms of texture. Thought it was gonna be a cotton material, but it is either a polyester or poly wool. Still not bad though, but my personal preference would be a soft cotton and not a silk like cloth.

I was truly impressed with the professionalism of this company. The material of the sweatshirt shirt is so silky, I love it! I would order again at a future date. Highly recommend!

The quality of the jersey is excellent, if anyone is wondering how they fit, they're true to size. I'm looking forward to my next order of one of the others.

My hat was mashed out of shape and won’t unwrinkle. My shirt that was supposed to be a large fits more like a xl or xxl even though it’s labeled as a large.

I didn’t received the package the post man said he delivered but never saw the package on 9-30-25 the package showed up at my door open I thank thefaithluxe my product I had to call my credit card company to fix the problem now I’m willing to pay for the product when your package come from miles away it gets intense but overall they were willing to replace it….❤️‍🩹✝️💯😇👼🇺🇸🇮🇱

Quality is excellent, but shipping was a little long.

I love the Jersey, but the small is not really small. I'm 5 feet, 118 lbs and it's quite big on me, so that was a bit disappointing, it's definitely not a true small, but I do love the personalized sleeves.

What made the experience great, was they righted a wrong. I had ordered a shirt and hat, didn’t get anything about when it would be delivered. Emailed them and within 3 days it arrived. Kudos!

The items were great by the quality stitching and the shipping. I would greatly recommend purchasing my jerseys and Hat combinations from Faithluxe

I was a bit disappointed with the length of time it took to receive my order. And not really pleased with the product itself wasn't the exact quality I was expecting.
