Falcon Capitals 

They keep leaving fake bad reviews on trust pilot on other trading platforms. Red flag!

This is my second review of Falcon-Capitals.com and I would implore anybody thinking of investing in their services to RUN LIKE THE CLAPPERS. This is a FRAUDULENT SCAM operation. After investing, your financial advisor will show you double growth and the encourage more investment which will double again. Then Support will become inaccessible with a 554 7.5.1 error. Then your login will fail with 503 error. No further access. You might then receivea phone call from someone claiming your financial advisor has gone to support Falcon-Capitals expansion and the servers are swamp that's why you got the 503 error. But don't worry we have transferred your account over to IG UK and this is your total. Here they'll show you a screen that has a massive increase on the last total you had, BUT IT IS NOT REAL and the account they show you is FALSE! They then offer you £2000 pound withdrawal you will get by 1pm next day. AGAIN FALSE. It will cost you several hundred pounds but you have to send CASH to Huddersfield. SCAM! YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR WITHDRAWAL.

I am not sure if this is the correct web address though it is the same one I was given via email when I joined the company in 7th October 2025. I have not been able to address my concerns with either the support team or the financial advisor because each time I ring or send emails, email bounces back and number does not go through because it is incorrect. The telephone numbers are unobtainable or incorrect number.
The log in screen does not work. I am beginning to suspect this is likely a scam.

Not only am I not able to send emails to support at falcon-capitals.com, email bounces back undelivered.
Also attempting to log in to my account on the platform and the response returns error code of 503 Service Temporarily Unavailable?
Someone contacted me via WhatsApp sometime ago, with the issue of being unable to log on nor contact the company, I went on my WhatsApp and sent a message to that person and expected a reply.
Next time I went to see if there was a reply, there was none and the person who was a female has removed her photo which was suspicious . I am still unable to log into my account nor contact falcon-capitals.com neither via phone nor email.
I am not sure what is going on and I am having this feeling this is a scam and its quite frustrating.

I have contacted all the numbers they used in reaching out to me. All are unobtainable and unreachable when dialled and say " You have dialled an incorrect number " and so I decided to get in touch with the bank.

I have contacted the bank and they have confirmed that this is a scam and the fraud team is investigating this.
The name Falcon-capitals.com which they go by is quite different from the name the bank has and this is not right.

I will update later with the outcome of the investigation.

Adding this today the 12/01/2026.
I was contacted via WhatsApp on the 24/12/25 while at work by someone named Harvey to say he is from Falcon Capitals and he is getting in touch regarding the review I left on Trust pilot regarding not being able to contact Falcon Capitals and the reason for this was because Falcon Capitals changed domain and I did ask why wasn't I informed of this if that was the case and he said,Paul Morrison was supposed to get in touch and give me the details, did he not? I said if he did not and he said he is going to get Paul Morrison to give me a call back. Later on in the evening, same Harvey rang me and said Paul Morrison was unable to get in touch to give me the details because he has been in hospital etc and would allow Paul Morrison to tell me himself. Paul Morrison came on the phone to say he has been sick and scheduled a call back on the 29/12/25 and will be giving me the details so I can be able to log on and access my account and Harvey also promised he would ask support team to send me the details.
On the 29/12/25,that call never came through nor heard from Paul Morrison as he promised he would and no email from support team.
So on the 31/01/25, I contacted Harvey to let him know that I am yet to receive email from support team nor a call back from Paul Morrison and requested that he send the details to me but he replied and said email has been sent and I should check my junk. I did tell him, no email has come through and to confirm the email address so we are sure it was sent to the correct email address and he said, "Hsx something like this" . I said that is not my email address and he asked me to send my email address to to an email address different from the one I was given in October 2025 when that account was opened so he can send the details. I told him ,I can not share any more of my details with him/them because if they are legit as he claim, they should have my details and he did say again he is going to go back and ask support to send the details to me.No email received since then.
On the 4/01/26, a chat came through WhatsApp to say, "tomorrow morning we will hell u out with every matter".
Not heard anything at all. Still kept in the dark, unable to log on as website contact number unobtainable, email bounces back.
Fraud team has come back to say, they have looked into the case and found out that I have been a victim of scam.

Still investigating and will be updating the outcome of the investigation.

I have recommended Falcon Capitals to a couple of peers because of their reliable service and clear pricing. Positive experience overall.
